Always a good experience to visit the salon and catch up with Natalie. She knows what I am looking for and creates the style beautifully.

People think that all women enjoy pampering whether it's hair or nails etc. It's a misconception as I know I'm not alone in thinking it's out of my comfort zone. However thos is a good salon with really pleasant staff. Natalie is a really good stylist offering options when appropriate. Her advice is always helpful and I feel completely at ease in Francesco Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Gorgeous colour and cut. My hair was transformed. Natalie is a top rate hair stylist and she listens to the requests from customers and gives expert advice.

Always a perfectionist in her cutting style which makes my hair look fabulous. I love that about her. Great personality and a joy to know I am talented hands. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair. She's a blessing to me!!

It’s not always just the haircut! The welcome, the service & more importantly, the conversation, is what makes the visit a very enjoyable experience. Jacqui not only gives advice on my hair but anything & everything the conversation turns to. It feels like a catchup with a very valued friend. All the staff are just as interested in making the experience enjoyable.

I love going to Francesco’s because of the care and attention Jacqui and her team give to their customers. Jacqui has given me an amazing cut with a change to my fringe which I love ❤️ . It doesn’t give me the option to pick two team members so I need to give a mention to Teigan B too for the great colour choice we went with. It’s given me a really fresh look. I’ve already received a compliment this afternoon!

I also have the wonderful Jackque cutting my hair. I have been coming here now for 10 years, it’s such a fab place. I always feel welcomed, treated like a queen and most importantly- listened too! To call this place a hairdressers isn’t enough, you are relaxed, pampered, made to feel important and you can have a laugh. It’s my happy place!!!

Perfect cut and finish with Liss. I'm at the age where my hair is changing and Liss gave me some advice to help manage the changes. One appointment later and we can already see the difference! Liss worked her magic on my cut and I love it! Thank you :)
