At last someone who can cut my hair in the style I want from a photograph taken in, Giles creates a flattering style which makes me feel good about myself and gives me confidence. I have received many complements about my hair from people I have met. Giles is very easy to talk to. My hair is cut within the allotted time. Very easy to use Website to manage bookings. I wished I had found KH Hair years ago.

As always Steph is the perfect colourist, and James a talented stylist. I always leave totally happy and feeling pampered. Attention to detail and client satisfaction is second to non and always consistent each visit. Have been going to Lichfield salon for 2O years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Because of the cost of living crisis I am unable to have my hair cut as often as I need. However I never have any judgement for the state of my hair when I visit Donya. She is always so lovely and helps me to choose a suitable hairstyle which will last as long as possible.

A last minute emergency with a scam caller made me call in Salon 5 mins before my appt. Kavita and her daughter Evie understood I needed to dash to my Bank to get my accounts checked for any hacking. I returned 25 mins later but Kavita still managed to cut my hair and Evie dried it for me so we did not hold up Kavita's next client. Bless you Kavita and Evie for your understanding and help xxx

Been coming for a while now and every time it’s an amazing experience ! Lily/grace are so polite and always so lovely and chatty! I can’t say I ever come out feeling like I’ve had a ‘salon experience’. I have extremely thick, long hair and you always insist on blow drying with fingers. Hair is never sectioned off, or blow dried with a round brush, the dryer is just blasted at your head until your hair is dry. This results in my hair basically feeling like it’s plastered to the top of my head, zero height at all. Perhaps im old school, but hair should be blow dried with a round brush. I do a better job of this myself at home. I really begrudge paying £50 to £60 for a hair cut and blow dry, when I feel there’s very low effort. The cut has never been an issue, however I think that the whole experience could be better. I’ve been a few times now and haven’t felt completely happy on any occasion. I will go somewhere from now on.
