I have been going to this salon for a number of years now and every time I am made to feel very welcome. Giles and the rest of the team are always very friendly and provide an excellent service.

After many years and numerous changes in style Donya continues to help me decide on the best haircut for me as I get older, and that’s why she is such a great hairdresser. I always leave the salon feeling relaxed and my hair looking great. Thanks Donya (and of course Phoebe for the colour).

I’ve never failed to leave the salon with a smile on my face. I’ve got really tricky , wavy hair which James manages to straighten for me.

Another safe visit for my regular trim with James. Great cut as usual, totally safe and clean in current circumstances and it was still relaxing and enjoyable, the scalp massage with your conditioner application is the best!!

A great experience all Covid safe. All staff wearing masks and visors but making you feel very welcome, explaining all the new hair experience. Sanitizers at all hair stations and loads of social distance with other clients. Took my own magazine and drink.

Amazing experience as always at Keith Hall Lichfield , I felt safe that the salon was clean as it always is , there were hand gel pumps entering the salon and then again upstairs and at the hair stations with the staff wearing PPE themselves . I hadn’t been able to have my hair cut for about 7 months and couldn’t wait for James , my usual stylist, to get rid if my too long and untidy lockdown hair . I had my consultation with him discussing what I wanted and it wasn’t rushed and didn’t feel any different to pre covid times ( other than the masks ) . The lady who washed my hair was lovely and polite and I felt comfortable . Before arriving I wondered if we would even even be able to chat as normal during my hair cut but it was as normal as possible and James knowing my hair anyway cut and styled it in no time at all leaving it looking fabulous as always , I only feel sorry for the person who had to sweep up all the cut off hair ! I had thought it might not as much of a pleasant experience now things had changed and didn’t know what to expect but it was as nice as ever and it just confirms to me why I’ve been coming to Keith Hall for over 20 years and plan on doing so for the next 20 ! Thank you James for freeing me if my Lockdown Locks !

Steph is a superb colourist & as well as creating fabulous impact with colour, is collaborative with the client in making changes to achieve this. Giles I've known 20 yrs & his rapport with the client, warmth & wonderful scissor skills are fabulous, hence numerous recommendations to friends across the years. Warm& engaging makes for a pleasurable salon experience.

After over 20 years of visiting the salon every few weeks I was so sad to have a break of almost 4 months, but yesterday's appointment with Donya was lovely. She is so friendly and knows my hair so well that she understands exactly how to cut it to make it look its best. I came out feeling brilliant!
I must add that my previous cut in March was so good that it lasted almost the whole of lockdown . Thank you! x
