This is my 2nd time at KH and I really like the cut and I got great advice about colour too.

Been going to James since just after the salon opened. Constantly brilliant. He cuts my long hair beautifully and I get lots of compliments. A lovely guy.

Always have Giles to do my hair but he was unable to do it so had James and as per usual I had top of the range service and came out with my hair done lovely.Would highly recommended keith Hall

Donya is the only stylist to get my hair just perfect. Donya is the most accommodating and friendly hairdresser I have been to. Advising what will and won’t work on my mop of unruly hair. Once she has finished it is transformed into a controllable and wonderful style which I am able to manage myself. Thank you Donya see you in 8 weeks ?

It is always a pleasure visiting the salon. The staff are unfailingly friendly and the end result is a perfect cut and style which lasts well.

Very nice - it took a few visits for James to appreciate exactly what I was looking for but I think we are now on the same wave length.

Have been using KH in Lichfield for a few years now. All the staff are friendly, the salon feels comfortable & stylish without feeling too ‘corporate’. James does my hair, he listens to me, makes suggestions, & checks with me as he’s cutting. They sell products in the salon, but no-one has ever never tried to push me to buy anything (unlike some salons I’ve been to). I would absolutely recommend.

I really appreciate all the time and trouble that Donya goes to to ensure that I am 100% happy with my hair.

All was very Covid safe. Professional as always by Giles (and Emma today). I have been having my hair cut and styled for 26 years by Giles always listens to you and gives you the perfect cut. A great team working with him too.

It has been a couple of years since I visited Keith Hall. I have never been able to find a hairdresser who can tame my wild hair. Donya works absolute miracles. She listens to what style I wanted and takes her time. There is no rush to her styling. She is also so friendly. I will definitely be visiting again on a regular basis. Once you find the stylist who cuts your hair to perfection you don’t want to find anyone else
