Great hair cut and I felt very comfortable with all of the salon’s Covid measures. As a headteacher I spend my days ensuring school is safe. The salon felt very safe.

As always I was well looked after by Giles and he did a great job on my hair, which was in need of a lot of tlc after months of lockdown.

Amazing experience as always at Keith Hall Lichfield , I felt safe that the salon was clean as it always is , there were hand gel pumps entering the salon and then again upstairs and at the hair stations with the staff wearing PPE themselves . I hadn’t been able to have my hair cut for about 7 months and couldn’t wait for James , my usual stylist, to get rid if my too long and untidy lockdown hair . I had my consultation with him discussing what I wanted and it wasn’t rushed and didn’t feel any different to pre covid times ( other than the masks ) . The lady who washed my hair was lovely and polite and I felt comfortable . Before arriving I wondered if we would even even be able to chat as normal during my hair cut but it was as normal as possible and James knowing my hair anyway cut and styled it in no time at all leaving it looking fabulous as always , I only feel sorry for the person who had to sweep up all the cut off hair ! I had thought it might not as much of a pleasant experience now things had changed and didn’t know what to expect but it was as nice as ever and it just confirms to me why I’ve been coming to Keith Hall for over 20 years and plan on doing so for the next 20 ! Thank you James for freeing me if my Lockdown Locks !

Steph is a superb colourist & as well as creating fabulous impact with colour, is collaborative with the client in making changes to achieve this. Giles I've known 20 yrs & his rapport with the client, warmth & wonderful scissor skills are fabulous, hence numerous recommendations to friends across the years. Warm& engaging makes for a pleasurable salon experience.

After over 20 years of visiting the salon every few weeks I was so sad to have a break of almost 4 months, but yesterday's appointment with Donya was lovely. She is so friendly and knows my hair so well that she understands exactly how to cut it to make it look its best. I came out feeling brilliant!
I must add that my previous cut in March was so good that it lasted almost the whole of lockdown . Thank you! x

I was really impressed with how organised and safe my appointment felt. Despite all the changes it still felt relaxed and was thrilled with how my hair looked at the end of my appointment. Thank you Giles.

The salon was very well organised. Split shifts mean there are never many people in. Equipment, chairs etc. all sanitised before use. Atmosphere was stress free and I felt safe and relaxed. Brilliant colour too! After 4 months of neglect my hair was very different and they were really happy to adapt my colour to suit - didn't just do the 'same old same old'. Took time to understand.

Great service as usual, all safety measures in place. It was lovely to be pampered again, especially at 7 months pregnant.

Long awaited hair cut & colour. The salon has kicked C19s ass with all staff being professional. I was not rushed in any way I was undecided about the colour and both Donya & Phoebe were excellent in their advice. I live in Cumbria and will continue to travel the distance to get my hair done by both these skilled, experienced hair stylists, they are brilliant at their job! Thank you.

First visit to your salon, lovely, friendly welcome. I was a bit hesitant, due to it being the first day of everything opening after lockdown but I was made to feel very welcome and I felt at ease.
Lauren was chatty, friendly and knowledgeable and it’s the best cut I’ve had in a few years.
I’m really pleased and will definitely be coming back.
