Ria is the best: warmly welcoming me on arrival pretty much spot on the time of my appointment, barely any waiting around. And I really appreciated her sitting down to talk through what I wanted so that she had a good idea of it. She explained each product used from shampoo to the curl cream. And the option to come back if I decide I'd like more off the length was really kind. She gave me hints and tips on how best to style my type of hair using a diffuser. I felt really relaxed and would certainly go back again. Thanks so much for a great experience Ria I enjoyed my time with you
