Francesco Hair Lichfield, Staffordshire

I have been using this salon for quite a few years now. Everyone is always welcoming and friendly. Ria regularly does my hair and I am always pleased with it. Five years ago I was going through chemo, Ria tidied up my hair, it made my hair loss easier. When my hair grew back she styled my hair, which was a big thing to have done. I really recommend this salon ?

Ria is amazing as always, and my hair looks and feels fantastic.

I’ve been going to Francesco Lichfield for many years now and love it. Chloe always listens to what I want and totally understands my hair. Tried a straightening treatment today and my hair feels absolutely fabulous!

Holly is so lovely to start with, she’s advised me on hair products as I’ve had problems with the condition of my hair and it’s really helped, the way she finishes my hair is really lovely too it’s how I’d do it if I could !

Also she’s so patient my daughter is Autistic and she’s just so lovely and sweet and puts her at ease and makes going to the hairdressers a nice experience thanks you two very happy customers ?

I have every confidence in Chloe’s knowledge, experience and expertise I came to her with damaged hair and was experiencing problems due to menopause but wanted to still colour my hair as I have a lot of greys . My hair is now in really good condition it’s really grown and thickened out. It feels so lovely

I always get the best colour/highlights from Harriet. She listens to what I want and advises me when I'm not sure and I always love my hair. We have a giggle too, she's a star!

For the last 5 years I have had my hair done with Lisa. I'm not the easiest client and had previously experienced bad hair cuts, so was very apprehensive initially. Lisa has and continues to be the only hairdresser I trust and is outstanding in her profession.

Sarah expertly applied my usual colour and also kept me hydrated with glasses of squash ! Next I enjoyed a lovely hair wash and head massage, love the massage ! ❤️ Chloe later dried and straightened my hair leaving it sleek and silky. As I was feeling under the weather all the girls were extra attentive and all my pampering was completed in a timely manner so I could get home to put my feet up.

I had the works, my hair was bleached, treated, toned and cut and finished. I bought 3 products and was thrilled with the results.
I always feel welcome and like a new woman when i leave and all the staff especially Emel really makes sure they deliver what i want.
Refreshments are always offered and it is a lovely atmosphere to relax in whilst getting a head massage and hair done. I would recommend this salon to anyone and am extremely happy Emel has taken over this salon, she is wonderful and truly deserves every success.

I had a lovely hour of feeling pampered with Lisa. She listened carefully to what I wanted from the appointment and then was friendly throughout my cut and blow dry, always keeping me updated on what she was using or doing with my hair. She even managed to get a gorgeous curl in my poker-straight hair <3 She was friendly, approachable, and bubbly in the best way!

While I love Francesco’s as a whole, it’s Harriet I came to rave about. There are no words! I started going to her in 2018 at another salon and continued to come back to see her even when I moved three hours away to London for two years. She knows her stuff, is honest about what’s possible with my hair and, despite having fine hair and flip flopping with my colour, she just seems to make miracles happen!!! The greatest.

I am always worried about visiting salons because there is so many in the area. I’ve been to Harriet twice now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is so lovely and so talented at what she does I highly recommend her.
