Lucy was amazing, during consultation she made sure to listen to what I wanted very attentively, making recommendations or options that would suit my hair and my lifestyle. During the appointment she made sure to explain each step and double check that we were on the same page. She was very professional but also very approachable. I had Maisie who was fab. I always have great service from all staff members and generally love the whole AJ experience. I would like to request new seats / covers for the back wash though please? Previously I’ve sat on the damaged ones which are really uncomfortable. I was offered one of these seats yesterday but because it has holes in the seat cover (where the screws poke out when you sit on it,) I asked if there was an alternative seat. I have a colour and a treatment so I can be sitting there for more than 30 mins. I hope you don’t mind me saying but this would be my only niggle.

I always have my hair straightened when I have my hair done but this time I asked Lucy to make the most of my natural curls & I loved what she did. She always takes time making sure I am happy with both the colour & the blow dry & is a lovely person.
I would be happy to recommend.

Another excellent visit to AJS. Eboni is allay attentive and not afraid to suggest something to me. Growing my pixie cut out, so needs careful cutting and styling. Lovely as usual.

So I’ve been coming to AJ for years and always been pleased. Today I had Chelsea for the first time, she was wonderful, encouraging and pushed me out of my comfort zone in a good way. I left the salon feeling a million dollars… even in the rain. Thank you

As always as soon as I entered the salon I was greeted by the very welcoming reception team .
My coat was taken and drinks offered. Troy took me through to the main salon and we discussed my hair in detail. What I wanted from today's appointment and how my hair had been since my last visit. I left with a style and cour exactly as I wanted. But its more than that the whole experience at AJS leaves you feeling wonderful. Troy listens and makes your hair feel its the best it can be. The salon itself is so well thought out and vibe is so friendly I look forward to every visit.
