About us

Hair salons can be daunting places to visit so we are proud and delighted when we hear our clients tell us they were always worried about going to the hairdressers... until they found us! That's the biggest compliment anyone could give us and exactly what we set out to achieve.

We have, and want, three generations of the same family to feel comfortable visiting our salon. We are an award-winning top end hair salon but we are also friendly, warm and approachable.

Our team are highly trained and we carefully select our stylists and Front of House to ensure they will fit in well and deliver our brand ethos. We also have a proven client journey to ensure all clients receive the same wonderful level of service.

Premium price for a far from premium experience

This review is by no means a reflection of my stylist, Emma, who was very friendly and cut my hair well. It is more a reflection of the management’s decision to open the salon to clients whilst building work was taking place and expecting clients to be comfortable in such an environment.

For me, having my hair done is an expensive treat and something I look forward to; a chance for some rare “me” time and I had taken the day off work especially. Unfortunately, I was met by a reception full of workmen and their equipment, and could hardly hear the receptionist speak due to the persistent drilling and banging. The coffee machine was out of use and the client lounge out of access due to the works. Chatting with Emma was near impossible and the door was left open (presumably for works access) so it was cold.

I most definitely did not encounter a “haven of relaxation and luxury” and left feeling out of pocket for paying a lot of money for a bad experience. I’m not sure I would return or recommend.

We're really sorry about the building work on the day of your appointment. We were promised that this work would be all done on Monday but due to unforeseen circumstances it ran into the next day. We had no option but to press ahead to ensure that this part of the salon could be retuned to normal asap. As a client who's visited us before you'll know that this isn't the usual ambience we strive for both the clients and for us to work in. We will be contacting you directly to discuss this with you and apologise further.

Had my first appointment with Jeff who did a consultation to see how I wanted my hair helping me with how to get past my ongoing issues with my flat crown. He suggested cutting it in a different manner and it worked...there's more oomph at the crown area now.
Easy to talk to and get on with and so are all the staff.
A delightful, clean, contemporary salon in a fabulous creative setting.
My daughter and I have had a few visits now and are pleased with the whole experience.

Veronica was excellent. I came in with a couple of concerns but I was soon put at ease. I was worried about having an 8pm appointment thinking it may be rushed but it was quite the opposite. Veronika was so knowledgable about all the products and made some great recommendations. The AI analysis of the scalp was a real comfort and a really great service to offer. Maisey is a great stylist, she listens and advises without pushing you into something that wouldn't suit you ( even if you think it will!😄) my cut lasts for longer because she cuts it so well.

I absolutely love going to see Emma! She genuinely listens to what I want, always gives me great advice and I completely trust her judgement, I just think she’s the best!

We’re also on a very similar grey-hair journey, which makes every appointment feel like we’re navigating it together! 😂 I’m actually really enjoying embracing the grey, and having Emma alongside me makes the whole process so much easier, and much more fun.

A guy getting a hair cut usually means popping to a local barber for a skin fade. As an older man it is well worth getting expert advise in hair condition and longevity. plus a professional hair cut that completely compliments your characteristic and style. This was my first visit to the salon.
Jeff was very welcoming and friendly making me feel very comfortable and at ease. He also gave a lovely head massage.
Jeff was very knowledgeable and recommended appropriate treatments, he also took his time and styled my hair as I requested. I would certainly recommend him to anyone thinking of making an appointment. If I lived locally I would have been making a return visit.

About us

Hair salons can be daunting places to visit so we are proud and delighted when we hear our clients tell us they were always worried about going to the hairdressers... until they found us! That's the biggest compliment anyone could give us and exactly what we set out to achieve.

We have, and want, three generations of the same family to feel comfortable visiting our salon. We are an award-winning top end hair salon but we are also friendly, warm and approachable.

Our team are highly trained and we carefully select our stylists and Front of House to ensure they will fit in well and deliver our brand ethos. We also have a proven client journey to ensure all clients receive the same wonderful level of service.
