Lola is a lovely, cheerful person who goes above & beyond.

I had the most wonderful pamper experience from the minute I walked through the door. Classy environment with comfy velvet sofas and coffee served by friendly attentive staff. My hair coloured, cut and styled by Ayleshe was the best ever! I wouldn’t have anyone else. Thank you and I can’t wait to come back!

I returned to Francesco Eccleshall after a few years gap. Showed Kevin a photo of what I’d like and he worked his magic, very pleased with the result. Still a lovely welcoming salon like I remember.

Katie was excellent for doing my colour again (she's so lovely!) and Tegan washed and conditioned my hair (we had another chat about music today!) Kevin cut my hair beautifully again, and we enjoyed conversations about music again whilst listening to some fab tracks! I always enjoy going to Francesco in Eccleshall; everyone is so pleasant and kind!

I always love my visits to the salon

Salon looks fabulous, very modern, well presented and clean which allows clients to sit in pleasant and comfortable surroundings. My coat was taken and hung up, I was offered a drink and Katie helped me to decide on a way forward with my hair. Katie did a fabulous head massage at the backwash whilst washing my hair. Overall I had a very comfortable and relaxed afternoon having my hair done, I really enjoyed the experience and the my hair looks great.

First visit to Francescos in Eccleshall. Great atmosphere, everyone really friendly. Cut by Ayleshe was fantastic, looks and feels great.

Fabulous experience today, as always! Lola is wonderfully talented, but also makes me feel so welcome and entertains me with her lovely chat! Kevin knows my hair well and I am always pleased with the result. Lovely atmosphere in the salon today. Love the new interior, too!!

Chloe really listens to your wishes and carefully cuts to the customer requirement.

First time for years my daughter who is hairdresser phobic came to a salon. Chloe listened to what she wanted, and advised her what would work. Her hair has never flowed like this before, and she’s still smiling now hours after leaving 😂 Chloe is a wonderful asset to the team and we will be back soon. Thank you so much ⭐️

Love the new lounge area. First time I’d seen it in the evening.
Andrew, as always, did a lovely job of cutting my hair just as I like it.
Keep travelling farther than I need do for haircare(about 35mins) but so happy with the atmosphere and good service all round it is worth it

I do not go to the hairdressers very often & I would definitely recommend Katie for colour & Lola for a cut & blow dry. Excellent result from very professional ladies!!! They took their time to listen to what I was hoping for👍

Andrew has been doing my hair on and off for over 20 years. I have actually been to another Francesco salon for the last 2 years for convenience but today I returned to Eccleshall.
I was met with a lovely warm welcome, and Andrew really made my visit special, he listened, advised and did an amazing cut and got me booked in for a colour on Saturday, and sorted the skin test.
I felt very much looked after and enjoyed my visit and my hair looks great. Thank you Andrew as always

Andrew has really got to know me and cuts my hair sympathetically to my very fine hair. Wouldn't have anyone else style it for me. Katie and Andrew advise me so wisely on my hair colour and they are both great people.
