Delighted with my cut. Bit sad that my hair colour wasn’t how I’d hoped

As always, warmly welcomed and looked after throughout my visit. Lola performed the perfect cut, as always. It's a proper treat for me visiting the salon and something I look forward to. 🥰

Love the new lounge area. First time I’d seen it in the evening.
Andrew, as always, did a lovely job of cutting my hair just as I like it.
Keep travelling farther than I need do for haircare(about 35mins) but so happy with the atmosphere and good service all round it is worth it

I do not go to the hairdressers very often & I would definitely recommend Katie for colour & Lola for a cut & blow dry. Excellent result from very professional ladies!!! They took their time to listen to what I was hoping for👍

Andrew has been doing my hair on and off for over 20 years. I have actually been to another Francesco salon for the last 2 years for convenience but today I returned to Eccleshall.
I was met with a lovely warm welcome, and Andrew really made my visit special, he listened, advised and did an amazing cut and got me booked in for a colour on Saturday, and sorted the skin test.
I felt very much looked after and enjoyed my visit and my hair looks great. Thank you Andrew as always

He is an amazing stylist and I have 100% trust in his guidance and advice

Andrew has really got to know me and cuts my hair sympathetically to my very fine hair. Wouldn't have anyone else style it for me. Katie and Andrew advise me so wisely on my hair colour and they are both great people.

I love coming to Francesco’s Eccleshall. Lola is the most wonderful colourist I’ve ever been to. She always listens and gets it spot on every time. Andrew did my cut today and I loved that too. I always feel welcome there.

Lola has been colouring my hair for a long time but always comes up with fab combinations and I always leave happy and thrilled with the finish and I love the new decor especially comfy sofas ❤️

Kev has really got to know me and my hair and listened when I said I was struggling with it. He and Katie spent time thinking how to get the colour I wanted too. Came out feeling glam!

Andrew is always polite, courteous and fun to be around. He always cuts my hair exactly how I like it and therefore wouldn’t think of going anywhere else

Lola has been colouring my hair for Many years now. Having started off terrified of anyone colouring/cutting my hair. I trust Lola 100% to have free reign to what she does to my hair and as always it looks amazing and I always get many compliments about how nice it looks. She is amazing.
Also Kevin cuts my hair and again amazing always willing to advise if I want a change.
All in all they are all a great team of friendly staff almost like a family ?.

I rang up in a panic because I needed my hair colouring and styling. The salon fitted me in with Lola for a hair colour appointment and Kevin for a blow dry and style. Was i pleased? Yes I was, it was a fabulous time, Lola advised me on my colour and then set off to make me to look and feel a whole lot better. Wow is all I can say.
Then off to Kevin for a blow dry and curl and again I was really happy and impressed with my new look. Thank you very much.

Really happy with Chloe and would highly recommend her to friends.
She gave very helpful advice for someone who had never had a fringe. ive always been declined of having one but today Chloe did this for me and I must say I’m very happy with the outcome!
All staff that were in the salon were friendly and I couldn’t be more happier.

Lola did my colour & Kevin did my cut, Lola came in early so that she could get me an appointment for my colour. The salon has had a make over and looks amazing. I can’t rate Lola & Kevin highly enough nothing is too much trouble and I am always really pleased with the end result x

Lola and Kev never fail to make me walk out of the salon feeling a million dollars!! Lola works her magic with the colour and then Kev gets to work with the scissors. The salon is such a happy and relaxed vibe, it always feels like a get together with friends
