Absolutely lovely experience from start to finish. Andrew and the young colour technician were both incredibly attentive, professional and extremely pleasant. They really took the time to listen and made me feel special.
The whole salon has such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and the team make you feel genuinely looked after. Excellent service and a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend! ❤️
The best start to a Saturday, being totally spoiled by the Francesco team. Great consultations for colour from Lola and then fab cut from Kev. Lovely head massage from Freya too was just the icing on the cake.
There is always a friendly welcome at the salon. The offer of a mint & lime water was much appreciated on a warm day. Lola and Kevin consulted with me together. Lola talked me through my colour and Kevin chatted with me about my cut. As always, I left the salon feeling thrilled with both my colour and cut. I would highly recommend Francesco Salon in Eccleshall 😁
