Nothing to do with Andrew but Re ‘atmosphere’ question below. Why not make the courtyard space outside the conservatory salon section attractive??? It is just not a good outlook.

From the moment I walked in the whole team made me feel welcome. The refreshing homemade flavoured water was a welcome treat, followed by bottomless cups of coffee. Lola took time to understand how my hair had been since my last visit and then Kevin worked his magic with a fabulous cut. This was my first experience in this salon.
I was a little nervous before I came this was because I’ve been with the Congleton branch for 15+.
However I was made very welcome all through my visit .
Ayleshe did my colour fantastic job done and Andrew cut and styled it again a fantastic work .
The young girl , sorry I forgot your name you do amazing head massages and if I’m honest it was washed extremely well .

Kevin did my cut and blow dry, Katie did my colour and both were brilliant. They both really took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions and I felt so confident in trusting them to get it right, which they really really did! They also made the whole experience feel really personal and they were genuinely invested in the outcome and so pleased when I loved it. The atmosphere was great, there are obviously a lot of customers who come back again and again and I can see why. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
