I never usually do reviews, however, I was so impressed from start to finish today that I wanted to share my experience.
I was let down by my usual hairdresser as she was unwell, which I was gutted about as I start a new job on Monday and my colour was desperate.
I turned up as a walk in client on Friday morning and the girl who booked me in was so kind and friendly and got me an appointment for the next day with Freja.
I had a consultation with Freja on Friday and she advised me as I wasnāt too sure on what to do with my heavily grown out colour. Despite me just walking in off the street, she took the time to give me different options and to show me colour choices and I was really grateful for her time, knowledge and patience as I didnāt really know what I wanted.
On my appointment day (today) she gave me a further consultation to fully understand exactly what I wanted colour and cut wise and again, she gave some really good advice, whilst taking on board what I wanted.
I opted for a half head of foils and toner and the colour is amazing! I am so pleased with how it looks and turned out and would not want to go to anyone else now.
She also cut and styled my hair beautifully, again, listening to how I liked it but advising where needed!
She even offered to get me some food as it was lunchtime which was above and beyond and very kind of her.
I am absolutely thrilled with my hair and have had lots of compliments already :)
