I am always happy when I’ve been to see Andrew. All staff are amazing! Can’t do enough for you! Highly recommend these talented stylists.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience! He really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted to achieve and thoroughly checked throughout to make sure everything was perfect. He was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. I genuinely can’t thank him enough because I absolutely love my hair! His attention to detail and talent are outstanding, and it’s clear he’s brilliant at what he does. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing hairdresser.

Always enjoy going to Francesco’s Eccleshall. The team are friendly, professional and welcoming, and there’s just a really nice atmosphere. Ayleshe always takes the time with my hair, genuinely cares about getting it right and is a lovely person too. I always leave happy.

First time I've been to Francesco today. Absolutely delighted with the service I have received. Fantastic colour by orla and a magnificent style cut by andrew. Andrew also used his own time to find a style he thought I would like. Really pleased with the service provided and I will be back for my next colour and cut.

I just had the most amazing head spa treatment (thanks Jackie), my hair and scalp feel different, brighter somehow. Followed by a great cut and blow dry (thanks as always Kevin) and lots of fun and chat with the other lovely members of the team. Thank you, just what I needed and will need again.

The team work their magic, and I left with my hair feeling silky, smooth, and revitalized. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of my first full head spa treatment yesterday and it did not disappoint! Laura Skelton was professional and attentive from the beginning, even tailoring the package to suit my hair concerns. Having that time to myself to truly be pampered was amazing! Whether you have specific hair concerns or just want to treat yourself, it’s absolutely worth it!

Fantastic again today. My colour, as always, was perfect along with some new extensions fitted! I also experienced the new Japanese Head Spa which I highly recommend. The level of service from Lola and Jackie was fabulous. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend.

I was a little early and my coffee ( Capachino no sugar!) was already on the table in the comfortable lounge area - so a short while to relax and read one of the up to date magazines. A good start.
Andrew as always friendly, efficient and an excellent stylist. I continue to come about a 40 min journey which is a good indication that I am very satisfied. Have often had compliments from absolute strangers on my hair so it must look OK😂
Only thing that I find a bit annoying is the price rises- seems a lot to be spending on myhair!!! Haven’t ever compared with other hairdressers though.
