From the time i walked in till i left all staff were very polite and pleasant , then Emily discussed options very professional all round answered all questions i asked all in all very pleased woth the outcome .

Seen at appointment time 9am, was offered a drink, stylist went through ideas with me, never felt rushed, took time to cut and then blow dry, straighten my hair, offered styling products and please with end result, my hair felt smooth and healthier

Stacey is fantastic at what she does. She listens brilliantly and always gets my hair exactly as I want it. She’s an amazing colourist and stylist and I really enjoy my visits to her. All other staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble ?

I will only come here for my hair cuts. I have it cut every 18 months or so and they always do a good job.
Lily was polite and friendly. I was offered a drink and felt as ease.

I'm not a fan of small talk, I love to be able to sit in silence during salon time. Jasmine was the first to just cut my hair and allow us to be in silence. I was really grateful for that. It's exhausting for me to engage in small talk with people I don't know. I know a lot of people feel the same way when they visit salons. As polite as it is to be asked about your day. :)

I love having my hair cut here, Lily knows me and what I like and don’t like. It’s all about trust with your hair and I have flitted from one place to another, paid excessive amounts of money and not been happy. Everyone says how great my hair looks and I am most certainly going to stay with FG now ???♥️

I visited the salon as a one off a couple of years ago and have never gone anywhere else since. The team are all very friendly, you feel really welcome and comfortable while you are there. Josh is brilliant and listens to what you want, I have never walked out not loving what he has done to my hair. The salon has had a bit of a make over and looks great. I don't live in Cannock but chose to visit this salon every 5/6 weeks as they are so good.

I adore visiting Lucy, as she has the most amazing skills! Lucy is attentive, treats me as an individual, always provides me hair solutions and gives me great advice. I love having a good natter with her and feeling uplifted once my hair is finish.
