My faith is restored!
I have had years of bad experiences with past hairdressers and walked through Francesco's doors in the hope that I could get my hair back to feeling more like me and more healthier too.
I have been blown away by how kind and welcoming everyone is there and then to be seated with the wonderful Jasmine, well, what can I say.. she made me feel like a Queen the whole time of my appointment. My hair has never looked or felt as great as when I floated out of those doors! She made me feel so much at ease and talked me through every step of my hair type, what it required and the cuts that were needed to achieve the look I wanted. A head massage when having my hair cleansed was amazing and the scent of the products just beautiful.
From start to finish I absolutely loved it, Jasmine, you are brilliant at what you do! And I cant wait for my next appointment. My friends and family have all passed lovely comments about how great the cut is and how healthy it looks. What a confidence boost and great for that feel good factor' after feeling so low for a good while. Jasmine, you have restored my faith in great hairdressing. Thank you sweetheart x

Been coming back to Lucy for years. First visit my hair was in poor condition as I had been seriously ill. I was embarrassed and felt I needed someone with experience of thin, fragile hair. Lucy sent me out feeling like a million dollars. Her kindness and understanding literally rebuilt my confidence. I don't have time to spend hours doing my hair. I can go in with a picture or an idea and Lucy will personalised it for me, which to me defines a good stylist.

Relaxing and soothing atmosphere, brilliant advice and end result fantastic. Staff so friendly and chatty. I call it my total chill out place as feel so relaxed when I walk through the door !! The salon has a look of calm and tranquility and everyone needs a bit of that in their lives!

Always look forward to having my hair coloured, washed, cut and styled. Josh is an excellent colourist, gets to know his customers and their hair and ALWAYS give the best advice, he’s HONEST and will tell you if it’s not advisable and he’ll say when it’s best to have your hair coloured or to leave it and give your hair a break.
Jasmine is also an excellent stylist she’s lovely, friendly, listens to how you want your hair cut and styled and gives you tips how to style yourself. Can’t fault Francessca’s everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s important for your hairdresser to know theirs customers hairs and how to treat it, all hairs are different and react in different ways to treatment etc, I’d recommend anyone to go you won’t be disappointed.
