Lauren rescued me from the worst haircut imaginable in March when a hairdresser local to me had made me look like I had fallen under a lawnmower 2 days before an awards event at work.. Luckily with Lauren’s expertise it was ok that I won and had extensive pictures posted on the intranet at work. After a couple of months of growth Lauren today tidied it up and gave me a perfect bob that I absolutely love ❤️
I have told her today I am going to repay her for saving me from the embarrassment of being immortalised on the work intranet with the worst haircut ever by never going anywhere else ever again, I don’t care I have to get the train and travel 40 minutes to get my hair cut, she is amazing and the whole team are so lovely I won’t go anywhere else ever again.
Dear Nicola,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this lovely review. We are so glad that Lauren was able to save you from your previous haircut predicament and provide you with a bob that you absolutely love - that's what we strive for in our salon!

Lauren did my hair today, and I had the best experience! After two very disappointing appointments at other salons, I was extremely impressed with her work. She was so kind and took her time during the consultation, advising me on what styles would best suit my features.
She made the whole appointment so enjoyable—I really loved our conversations and interactions.
I’m so pleased to say that I will be a loyal customer of Taylor Taylor and will definitely recommend this salon to my friends and family.
Overall, the team are amazing. We had a wedding party to attend at a very specific time and date, and all five of us wear hijabs. They were incredibly accommodating and managed to give us exactly the time we needed. They did an excellent job meeting our needs at such short notice.
I enjoyed the experience so much that it has completely changed how I feel about hair salons. I’m already looking forward to my future appointments!

I want to say I HATE going to the hairdressers but after today, I can’t. I’ve had so many bad experiences before today. Josh took me in and made me feel so at ease. He showed me how to dry and style my hair, which is something I never did. I came out uplifted and happy I’ve now found someone who actually listened and took an interest. Thank you Josh. Xxx
