I had my balayage done by Lauren before my Europe trip, and I couldn't have been happier with the result! She really listened to what I wanted and created such a chic, natural-looking balayage that completely exceeded my expectations. The haircut, styling, and finish were equally amazing, I walked out feeling so confident and excited for my holiday.
What impressed me even more was how well everything lasted. The blow dry stayed looking great for over a week despite travelling, and even now the balayage still looks beautiful and blends so naturally.

My 3rd time at the salon for a haircut. As usual the staff was super welcoming and friendly. They always make sure to offer you something to make you feel more comfortable. I had my haircut by Lauren and it’s always the most satisfying experiences I have. She is extremely good at what she does and thoroughly enjoys it day in and day out. You are never rushed and they put in a good amount of time in cutting and styling your hair just the way you need.
The overall environment of the salon, all the other staff, the cleanliness and hygiene is all immaculate.

Fist time I had got my hair treated and cut here amazing staff and my stylist very calm friendly person put me at ease.
My sister recommended them to me so glad I had my hair done with them.
I purchased my shampoo treatments too no hard sell just friendly service.
Location is an issue due to the stairs and parking as I have health issues.
However one your in the saloons they very welcoming and not rushing you.

Lauren rescued me from the worst haircut imaginable in March when a hairdresser local to me had made me look like I had fallen under a lawnmower 2 days before an awards event at work.. Luckily with Lauren’s expertise it was ok that I won and had extensive pictures posted on the intranet at work. After a couple of months of growth Lauren today tidied it up and gave me a perfect bob that I absolutely love ❤️
I have told her today I am going to repay her for saving me from the embarrassment of being immortalised on the work intranet with the worst haircut ever by never going anywhere else ever again, I don’t care I have to get the train and travel 40 minutes to get my hair cut, she is amazing and the whole team are so lovely I won’t go anywhere else ever again.
