I am a relatively new customer at Taylor Taylor but once again, I walked away very satisfied with my new hair style. Sarah is always very welcoming and friendly and always makes sure I feel welcome and valued. Eliza, the stylist, was fantastic. She went through what she was doing, consulting with me all the time to make sure I was happy, before she even picked up the scissors. I have never felt so at ease in a hairdressers chair. My only regret is that I didn't visit the salon sooner.

I called in on a freezing January morning,with the hope of booking an appointment.
The reception was really positive.
I then had a hair consultation and discussed my hair needs.
After a plan of action my hair was washed cut and finished.
I was offered hot drinks and magazines to read.
Throughout I was considered, and that resulted in me feeling comfortable and relaxed.
I was very pleased with my hair care and would recommend to all.
Especially if you have thick coarse hair like mine which I find hard to manage.

I am going on holiday today and thankful they could fit me in especially because I was 10 minutes late! I don’t normally have Morgan but she has done a great cut just not too keen on the blow dry but this is easily remedied by a bit of hairspray and scrunchy fingers!
