I received a warm welcome to a relaxed atmosphere. Grace took time to speak with me before my massage to understand any problem areas. To say my massage was amazing is an understatement. I was utterly relaxed. Will definitely be returning! Thank you Grace.

I booked an appointment for a Ladies Wet Haircut at Randle & Randle and it was amazing. From the moment I walked in, the lady at the front was very nice and welcoming, and I didn’t have to wait at all. Charlotte was really friendly and even offered me a drink, which I think was awesome, after having a bad experience with a hair salon in Meadowhall.
She asked me what I want done and did an amazing job doing exactly what I wanted, maybe even better! The cut looks perfect, not even on hair longer or shorted than the other. Perfect! Thank you very much and will definitely come back here whenever I want something done to my hair!

I was extremely pleased with my haircut and appreciated the welcoming atmosphere at the salon. I would highly recommend Randle and Randle hairdressers. Everyone was friendly, the girls were accommodating, they made me a lovely coffee and Josh did an excellent cut and restyle.

Used this salon twice now. Booked online the night before - big bonus for me. Relaxed atmosphere. Good value prices. Clean salon. Very happy with standard of cutting - I have thick hair so can be a challenge. Nails today - soak off gels with file & polish - very happy. Parking outside reasonably priced (some time restrictions as Eccy Rd). No hard sell on extras or products. Will try other services next time. Pa

Charlotte always manages to make the most of my hair and seems to understand exactly what I'm asking for. After years of coming away from hairdressers disappointed with the cut as I haven't got what I wanted from it this is very impressive!
She's also very good with my 6 year old, making her hair cut a good experience for her as well.

Amazing service and lovely atmosphere

Having attended the salon with rosea, I couldn't be more happy with the results & service. Everything was explained at all stages. I had a 1 hour facial with fabulous products used & and halfway through, I could see & feel a difference with my skin. Amanda was very knowledgeable about the products & explained what each one used would do. I didn't purchase some of the dermaligica range & look forward to using them. I will be returning in 3 months for another facial & consultation for my face, hopefully seeing additional results.

Daniel was my stylist for my first appointment.
He was professional and listened to my concearns regarding my hair.
He suggested a plan and gave me a treatment and then a cut and finish.
I was very pleased with the results and booked an appointment for a future date.
Overall my hair salon experience was positive,a lovely interval on a cold January day.

Very welcoming and friendly team. I’d decided on a new look and discussed it with Emma a few days prior. She was wonderful. The cut is lovely and so is the colour. Wasn’t sure about it at first as it came out brighter than I expected, but I love it now!!!

All round fantastic service from Josh and all the team! Everyone was super lovely. Josh did a great job on my hair and made me a lovely coffee!

Thank you for a lovely experience! I took my 5 year old daughter, we both had a hair cut. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating to us both and Charlotte gave us fantastic cuts. Will definitely return when I’m Sheffield again.

Charlotte was absolutely amazing I suffer with a stutter and I didn’t feel judged at all. Honestly felt so pampered and left the salon feeling like a new woman she really listened to what I wanted and came through 100%. Also the young lady that washed my hair was equally as lovely and enjoyed chatting with her

I was looking for a new salon and came across R&R online. I have to say I was really impressed with the warm welcome, the knowledge Glynn showed and the cut and colour of my hair. After only 2 visits I feel like I have been coming to the salon for years!

Very quick and friendly, put at ease by the wonderful staff and Amanda has done an amazing job on my eyebrows, thank you all. Have a wonderful Christmas and rest of 2022.

Grace is brilliant at interpreting what you want and delivering it. I have got the best brows of my life and lashes for days!

Another wonderful visit

I had a fab time getting my hair cut today. All the staff were incredibly friendly, my hair is in lovely condition and Josh was quick and gentle with my hair. I have a lot of ear piercings and very thick hair, so often my hair gets tugged and my piercings get tugged during hair treatments. This time I came away with both my scalp and piercings intact, so I'm a very happy customer.

Had the Eye Package, which I have occasionally. Really great value, and Amanda is both excellent company and a skilled therapist. She does a great job with my eyelashes and brows. Very happy and will be back again.
