I had such a fantastic experience with Ben and couldn’t be happier with my haircut! From the moment I sat down, he took the time to really listen to what I wanted and encouraged me to share all of my inspiration photos and hairstyle ideas. He carefully reviewed each one, explained what would suit my face shape and hair type best, and gave honest, professional recommendations rather than simply copying a photo.

The result exceeded my expectations. My hair looks healthy, soft, and beautifully layered, and I’ve already received so many compliments from friends, family and colleagues. It’s exactly the look I was hoping for!

The customer service was exceptional throughout. Ben was patient, friendly, meticulous and made sure I was happy every step of the way. The whole salon experience was relaxed and welcoming.

Glynn always amazes me as how he always remembers how he last styled my hair and asks how it’s worked for me. Glynn always listens to any issues that I may have had as he wants to make sure I’m really happy with my cut of which I always am.

The massage on my back and legs yesterday was fantastic. As I walked away my leg pain had eased and was the best I’d felt for two years. Amanda explained what she was doing during the session, showing her real understanding of the body. Hope to return.

Ben has done a great job of colouring and blending in my hair regrowth. I was really pleased with how Ben listened and took on board what I wanted my hair to look like and was really happy with the results.

Sophie is a brilliant nail technician. Super skilled and her attention to detail is great. Sophie clearly takes a lot of pride in her job, and it shows. She's also easy to talk to, including those times when you go off into a daydream so break conversation for a bit. She's happy to crack on with what she's doing, so if you have social anxiety but want a good treatment without the pressure of small talk, this is the place to go. Oh and the results are great. I love my nails!

Glynn has been cutting my hair for 36 years. I think he just gets better and better. Last time I had a haircut was just before my son's wedding and I received lots of compliments about my hair. He changed the colour slightly, so it looks really healthy and shiny.
What's amazing about him is that he cuts it differently each time which seems quite incredible, and yet it always looks gorgeous, and it grows out really evenly and looks elegant right up until the next cut. In my opinion he's a stylist at the top of his game, and I can't imagine anyone else cutting my hair as well as he does.
I have thick hair and a short style and I think it's quite challenging, yet he makes it look easy. Would highly recommend.

I visited yesterday for the first time and was looked after by Ben. The salon is lovely and the welcome warm. I was a little early but immediately offered a drink and didn’t wait long. Ben was friendly and took time to listen to what I wanted, He suggested different options and what would work and why. The cut was good, just what I wanted and I was really pleased with the finished result. I would recommend Ben if you are looking for a new stylist and nervous like me of trying somewhere new. Last minute appointment to sort out my eyebrows. Amanda really listened to what I wanted and so happy with the results. Have had bad experiences at other salons where they've been heavy handed with the dye and imposed their own shape.

Decided to cut my hair short for the first time in a long time and Ben did a fab job with my hair , it’s curly so he made sure it wasn’t to short after cutting and is the perfect length with. Really glad I decided to do it !

Ben styles my hair every week. He makes my hair look good and it’s such a relaxing experience. Sometimes l even fall asleep. I hope he doesn’t mind too much.

I came to Grace for a hot stone massage. She managed to work out some very knotty muscles in my back, neck and shoulders that have been giving me grief for months. She is an absolute superstar! My massage managed to be relaxing whilst firm enough to sort out the tension.

Couldn’t get an appointment with my usual stylist but was desperate to get a cut so booked with Ben, who was available. He was great. Would highly recommend. Thank you!
