First of all it is very sad to see that some struggle to copy my name from the booking details and misspell it in messages I receive from them.
I have booked a "Cut& Blow dry" via Treatwell but when I arrived my stylist said she is going to wash my hair before cutting. I was somewhat upset about it as the service I have chosen did not seem to include wash so I woke up nice and early to wash my hair.
While she was washing my hair she started massaging my head which made me feel very uncomfortable as the salon is a very busy, loud environment so it would be impossible to relax and enjoy this.
Then we started the haircut , the whole process took 2 hours which was not a problem for me.
I think my hair turned out a little too short as after she dried it she cut quite a bit off trying to correct the cut but I am not fussy about it.
However I did not feel that she was confident in doing my hair. She told me she has finished school and started working in the salon a few months ago so I feel like she should have been better, she was hesitating a lot. I have mentioned that I would like my hair to be thinned but she only did the front piece.She kept thinning /cutting that but not the rest. Her hands were also shaking all the time which made me uncomfortable because I was not sure if it was medical condition or if I am making her nervous , uncomfortable but obviously I was too shy to ask.I felt the lack of responsibility from management as noone came and checked on her to see how she is doing or if I am happy with what is going on.
In my opinion she needs some further training to gain some confidence.My last thought about the visit is that I wish people working in customer service would understand that every customer needs to be treated with a different approach and some of us do not go to the salon for a chat but we go because getting a haircut is a necessity.Please recognize that not everyone wants to talk and if the customer does not respond to small talk stop asking further questions about their lives.Thank you!

Grace gave a fantastic massage, as she always does, but this time she was able to really target specific areas that were causing issues. I felt 3 inches taller and definitely a lot less tense. Amazing!

Amanda is simply amazing, understands the products and apples her expert knowledge to tailor the most amazing facials. Provides great advice and advocates try before you buy which is great. Next facial in 4 weeks, can’t wait.

I booked an appointment for a Ladies Wet Haircut at Randle & Randle and it was amazing. From the moment I walked in, the lady at the front was very nice and welcoming, and I didn’t have to wait at all. Charlotte was really friendly and even offered me a drink, which I think was awesome, after having a bad experience with a hair salon in Meadowhall.
She asked me what I want done and did an amazing job doing exactly what I wanted, maybe even better! The cut looks perfect, not even on hair longer or shorted than the other. Perfect! Thank you very much and will definitely come back here whenever I want something done to my hair!

I was extremely pleased with my haircut and appreciated the welcoming atmosphere at the salon. I would highly recommend Randle and Randle hairdressers. Everyone was friendly, the girls were accommodating, they made me a lovely coffee and Josh did an excellent cut and restyle.

Used this salon twice now. Booked online the night before - big bonus for me. Relaxed atmosphere. Good value prices. Clean salon. Very happy with standard of cutting - I have thick hair so can be a challenge. Nails today - soak off gels with file & polish - very happy. Parking outside reasonably priced (some time restrictions as Eccy Rd). No hard sell on extras or products. Will try other services next time. Pa

Charlotte always manages to make the most of my hair and seems to understand exactly what I'm asking for. After years of coming away from hairdressers disappointed with the cut as I haven't got what I wanted from it this is very impressive!
She's also very good with my 6 year old, making her hair cut a good experience for her as well.

Amazing service and lovely atmosphere

Having attended the salon with rosea, I couldn't be more happy with the results & service. Everything was explained at all stages. I had a 1 hour facial with fabulous products used & and halfway through, I could see & feel a difference with my skin. Amanda was very knowledgeable about the products & explained what each one used would do. I didn't purchase some of the dermaligica range & look forward to using them. I will be returning in 3 months for another facial & consultation for my face, hopefully seeing additional results.

He was professional and listened to my concearns regarding my hair.
He suggested a plan and gave me a treatment and then a cut and finish.
I was very pleased with the results and booked an appointment for a future date.

Very welcoming and friendly team. I’d decided on a new look and discussed it with Emma a few days prior. She was wonderful. The cut is lovely and so is the colour. Wasn’t sure about it at first as it came out brighter than I expected, but I love it now!!!

Charlotte was absolutely amazing I suffer with a stutter and I didn’t feel judged at all. Honestly felt so pampered and left the salon feeling like a new woman she really listened to what I wanted and came through 100%.
