I really enjoy my time at the hairdressers..Jenni does my hair and since she has done my hair it's is looking really good very satisfied and Jenni is a lovely person who puts you at ease and makes you feel get comfortable thank you Jenni.

Bridie at Sands is always very good. I am always accommodated at the last minute with flexible options. The little things matter about remembering my preferences of no spray,conditioning treatment and no straighteners. Staff are always friendly and welcoming . Makes one feel so much at ease.

My Daughter and I visited Sands today for full head of colour cut and finish - the results were amazing the colours so natural and quality looking - Our Stylists were exceptional in their care and understanding as to what we wanted to achieve - we were treated like princesses - I would highly recommend this Salon you will not be disappointed

John, as ever, coloured and styled my hair beautifully!

Bridie really 'gets' my hair - thick, with a big kink and lots of it. She knows how to cut and thin it, making it manageable for me to then maintain and dry myself. This time I had some chunky higlights to add some texture and im liking them - maybe I could go bolder, but I'll leave that for next time.

Lovely chilled out Salon really relaxing vibe. Friendly team. Been going to John few years now! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Love visiting on a Sunday nice end to a chilled weekend!! Early weekday mornings also handy if tight on time like me and most people these days!! Thanks guys xx

Carrie my stylist today did a brilliant job with both cut and colour. She consulted me throughout and was friendly yet professional. Little extras like coffee and complimentary hand and arm massage make the visit even better.

Thanks very much for the kind attention i have received from everyone when I am just going for a haircut, and shampoo. It is a place for a really relaxing occasion. Extras such as a head or hand massage all add to the comfort on the day.

Visiting Sands is always a real tonic. You are always made to feel welcome, the staff are professional and friendly and you always leave feeling pampered and relaxed. I can't recommend Sands highly enough!

I have just enjoyed my first visit to Sands. A thoroughly enjoyable experience, starting with a consultation with Chantelle who listened to what I wanted and understood the challenges of my wavy, frizzy hair. After a relaxing head massage and gentle hair wash my hair was styled beautifully and felt in great condition. Thank you!

I had a full head of foils with Benni! She was amazing, i love her and my hair look lush! I've never been allowed so many cups of tea in a salon before ? Will definitely be coming back ?

Beautiful haircuts for both girls - 6 and 10 years old. Much care for both cuts, stunning hsircuts, can value 'proper cuts'.

Downside 6year old waited 25 minutes before wash, but seemed plenty staff available. One finished as other started dedpite appointmebts same time.

also not offered coffee / drink ad usually and paid £68 for 2 children's cuts a coffee would seem standard for a higher end salon.

But both cuts AMAZING!

Lovely experience. Jenny made me feel really relaxed and gave me some good advice on colour. It's always hard to find someone who can do the right blonde, so really pleased. Love my colour and hair feels nice a sleek.

I had a great morning having my bridal hair trial.
Carrie was fabulous and really helpful.

Today, Carrie cut my hair short as I had finally decided to take the plunge. She was amazing - checking everything with me, listening to my input and making sure all was as I wanted. I always expect great results from Carrie, but today exceeded expectations- I'm delighted with my new look, plus had a thorough pampering while at the salon. Thanks and see you soon! Xxx

Cut and blow dry so much more than a usual salon experience. Head and neck massage, arm and hand massage. Totally relaxed. Haircut as I had asked and styled to meet my requirements. Can't praise their first class professional service enough. Well done all .

Visited today all the way from Cornwall and I have to say I'd make the journey again. My hair has been cut beautifully. Stylist took time to give me options and talk through what would suit. Had a lovely had and neck massage and opted for a manicure whilst my hair was being done. Thank you ladies x

Great salon, v friendly

I always get my hair cut by Stuart and I'm always happy. He just knows what I'll like. I decided to have a colour this time too. Usually I colour it myself at home, but I wanted a drastic change (bleached ash blonde with violet tones) so entrusted Stuart with it. I am SO happy!!! I have never had so many people compliment me on my hair before - friends, family, and even my clients and complete strangers! Stuart and all the team at Sands are fab and I'll never go anywhere else.

I love the combination of professionalism and friendliness the salon offers.
I'm always happy with the way Bridie cuts and colours my hair because we talk about what I want (as well as new ideas), before any work begins.
I'll be honest - I hate having to visit ANY salon because of the 101 things I could be doing during that time, but the environment and the staff make it as enjoyable an experience as possible.
Wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
