Excellent service today full packaged head and hand massage great coffee and mince pies and of course great haircut!! Great service as always!!

My experience this morning as always was very welcoming, my daughter as to bring me and always welcome she is given coffee while she waits and good conversation and laughs Stu is very helpful I do enjoy my visit to your salon. HAPPY CHRISTMAS TO ALL.

Lovely stylist who I have been to before, very happy with my cut but after going home not at all happy with the highlights. Not what I thought I had discussed with my stylist and unfortunately I feel very disappointed. I will discuss it with her as I do not feel it was what I had asked for at all.

My first visit to Sands has been a very positive experience. Jorge was very attentive to my preferences and put a lot of thought and attention to detail, when cutting my hair. He has re-vamped and updated my look, with subtle precision.

Excellent salon providing first-class hair colouring and styling in a relaxed and friendly environment. The additions of hand and head massage are very welcome. I'm pleased to see so many young people involved in professional training too. Highly recommended.

I had my first appointment at Sands and I am so pleased with my hair. Love the cut, love the colour and just generally a really positive experience. Will definitely be going back!

This is now my third cut with Elisha and I am so pleased with the result,
I went for a cut and colour today and I'm happy with both,
This is the best that I have felt about my hair for a long time and I have tried a lot of the top salons in Cardiff but will continue going to sands and Elisha,

I love sands. Great salon and lovely relaxed atmosphere. My hairdresser Carrie is great she has really improved the condition of my hair and is the first hairdresser to really add a bit of shine to my rather dull mouse colour hair. She worked with a few colours and has now got a great combination going. She is great!!

Bridie at Sands is always very good. I am always accommodated at the last minute with flexible options. The little things matter about remembering my preferences of no spray,conditioning treatment and no straighteners. Staff are always friendly and welcoming . Makes one feel so much at ease.

My Daughter and I visited Sands today for full head of colour cut and finish - the results were amazing the colours so natural and quality looking - Our Stylists were exceptional in their care and understanding as to what we wanted to achieve - we were treated like princesses - I would highly recommend this Salon you will not be disappointed

John, as ever, coloured and styled my hair beautifully!

Bridie really 'gets' my hair - thick, with a big kink and lots of it. She knows how to cut and thin it, making it manageable for me to then maintain and dry myself. This time I had some chunky higlights to add some texture and im liking them - maybe I could go bolder, but I'll leave that for next time.

Lovely chilled out Salon really relaxing vibe. Friendly team. Been going to John few years now! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Love visiting on a Sunday nice end to a chilled weekend!! Early weekday mornings also handy if tight on time like me and most people these days!! Thanks guys xx

Carrie my stylist today did a brilliant job with both cut and colour. She consulted me throughout and was friendly yet professional. Little extras like coffee and complimentary hand and arm massage make the visit even better.

I have just enjoyed my first visit to Sands. A thoroughly enjoyable experience, starting with a consultation with Chantelle who listened to what I wanted and understood the challenges of my wavy, frizzy hair. After a relaxing head massage and gentle hair wash my hair was styled beautifully and felt in great condition. Thank you!

Beni is fab. Always cuts and colours my hair brilliantly. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Two hours of relaxing decadence!

I had a full head of foils with Benni! She was amazing, i love her and my hair look lush! I've never been allowed so many cups of tea in a salon before ? Will definitely be coming back ?

Beautiful haircuts for both girls - 6 and 10 years old. Much care for both cuts, stunning hsircuts, can value 'proper cuts'.

Downside 6year old waited 25 minutes before wash, but seemed plenty staff available. One finished as other started dedpite appointmebts same time.

also not offered coffee / drink ad usually and paid £68 for 2 children's cuts a coffee would seem standard for a higher end salon.

But both cuts AMAZING!
