Once again another wonderful roots colour and curl finish by Stuart. I have very thick hair but nothing phases Stuart - always patient, chatty, skilful and nothing is too much trouble.
I received a warm welcome from Sands Staff. My hair wash was very thorough using Aveda products. Best of all Ceri cutting my hair. A lovely lady. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I came away from the Salon with a five star haircut. Rejuvenated!

Coffee and a cold drink on arrival followed by the best hair wash/head massage by Ian. Then on to Alex for a great haircut/blowdry, the haircut is exactly what I wanted. Lovely way to spend a bit of time on a very hot day.

I havenât been able to get in to the salon for some time, because of illness, but todayâs visit did a great deal to aid my recovery. As usual, I had an excellent cut from Alex, who always takes great care and pays so much attention to detail, when she cuts my hair, but also a lovely welcome back from everyone. I came out smiling and feeling much better than when I went in. Thank you Alex, not only for your skill at cutting, but for the lovely warm welcome. A visit to this salon is so much more than having your hair cut.

Alex was a very pleasant stylist who listened to what I wanted. I left feeling super with my bobbed style and bouncy blow dry! Aveda products used here immense. Also enjoyed a beautifully prepared elderflower mocktail as a bonus.

Called about 15 different salons on a very busy Saturday as I found out I had the time free. They worked around me and managed to fit me in. Super pleased with the cut itself- more power to Stu, who really eased my nerves as I didn't get my hair cut often. So friendly, kind but honest- look forward to going again.

I am always so happy with my hair whatever we decide to do with it and today was no exception. Been going for over 20 years and despite moving ~40 miles out of Cardiff 7 years ago, I still make the journey every 6 weeks to get my hair coloured and cut.

I had such a lovely time at Sands. The salon is peaceful, smells great, is clean and the staff are very friendly. You are made to feel relaxed and welcomed. They don't leave you waiting and Alex listened to what I asked of her, I left with a great new hair cut that I love. I would also recommend the Aveda tea!
