Had a cut and finish. It was the most rushed haircut I've ever had. My hair was straightened while it was still wet and so rushed that it had kinks in it and was a frizzy mess at the end. It was obviously quite bad but no one cared, just wanted to get me out. Would avoid.

Tim turned my dyed copper hair back to my natural summery light brown with highlights with no problems at all, where others had struggled to hit the mark at other salons. He was friendly, effective and had very clear expertise in the process. Highly recommend!

Everyone was so lovely and welcoming and most importantly did a fab job with my hair!
I asked for a more natural finish to my overly blonde hair, and they did such a fantastic job, and I’ve already had so many compliments!

First time visiting Sands and it was a fantastic experience. Staff were amazing and checked in on me, I had a lovely hand/arm massage and heated towels. I normally go to a hairdressers down the bay and have been a customer there for years. But Sands is excellent and will now be my regular hairdressers 😍 huge thanks to Tim- so pleased with my hair

I had never been to Sands before, but thought I’d give it a try after being let down by previous hairdressers. Kaye was amazing, I showed a photo of what I wanted and Kaye more than delivered. My hair is exactly, if not better than what I had asked for. I will definitely be returning!

Benni I have no fault with she is always brilliant , she has been cutting my hair for over 15 years. But I didn’t think it was the right thing to do today when I was asked to pay my bill in the middle of a hair cut. I felt like I was inconveniencing some staff not Benni.

I saw the lovely Sheila again this morning at Sands and my personal experience has been top notch!! My hair is super soft with lovely Scandinavian coloured highlights which blend beautifully with my natural base colour. I left feeling pampered, relaxed after a delightful head massage and my hair style has brightened my day.
I also recommend Sands if you’re seeking quality colour and professionalism.
