I love this salon and a large proportion of the team here go to so much effort to make every visit an experience. This visit I had the delights of Nicola who gave one of the best head massages I have had the fortunate to receive.

Onto her then washing my hair, explaining what products she was using, shows great passion and determination in wanting to do her job correctly! Thank you so so much. A couple of the younger members of the team can learn a lot from this lady. Sadly I can’t get there on a on a Wednesday which is the day she only works!

Beni as always providing great styles tips, treatments and really enjoyed leaving the salon with a cut that gave me a youthful look! ? the girl works wonders trust me! If your ever in need of a lash or brow tint she is your go to!

Just’s had the most amazing cut and vibrant red colour done with Jasmine. Can’t fault the professionalism and experience. So happy with it. Exactly like the pic I showed her.

Have been a customer for many years (well, nearly a couple of decades), absolutely the most professional, friendly and welcoming salon, the knowledge and skill of the stylists is second to none, a relaxing spa atmosphere and always feels like a treat. Sands’ stylists always have your best interests foremost, and I have never experienced similar when have have had to go elsewhere. I do not hesitate to recommend the salon, and the fact I travel from another city to visit speaks volumes!

Yet another positive and all encompassing experience at the salon for my hair appointment with Stuart today.
Always a warm welcome. Today the salon even moved Salon ‘kit’ to accommodate my friend and I sitting together for our in tandem visit. A complimentary chilled glass of wine was offered to get us in the mood for the luxury experience ahead.
I enjoyed my complimentary hand and arm massage whilst waiting for my colour to develop and a deliciously relaxing complimentary head massage at the basins.
More than all that, joy which the team at Sands brings to each experience makes the difference. From the young, beguiling and wonderfully genuine apprentices right through to the salon manager the service is completely wonderful.
The Aveda product led salon lives true to the values of that brand. Leaving smelling and feeling completely ‘zen’ with a gorgeous hairdo as always. Thank you Sands. Worth every penny ❤️

I was really pleased with my haircut with Ceri.She listened to my ideas and therefore I was happy with the result. Lovely hair products used, my hair smelled great and was glossy. Very relaxing head massage during shampoo. I shall definitely be returning.
