Lovely afternoon being pampered by Ceri while having my hair cut and highlighted! So lovely after such a long time because of lockdown . Thank you Ceri from one very satisfied customer.

I booked in with Jasmine after years with a hairdresser who didn’t quite manage to do what I envisioned. After the first appointment Jasmine managed to nail it and has been nailing it ever since. The salon and staff are lovely, really friendly and had my first post-COVID appointment today - felt totally safe. The stylists and staff have gone to such an effort to meet all safety regs to a high standard. I will be gutted to move away in the next few months.

Very excited to return to see Carole for a cut and colour after Lockdown. I have been a regular customer for over 15 years and, in my opinion, Sands is the best salon in Cardiff. From the moment you enter this friendly salon, you are made to feel so welcome and you really are treated, as well as a beautiful hair cut and colour, you can enjoy treats such as complimentary hand massages through to a lovely range of teas and coffee (in regular, non-Covid times). The salon itself is very stylish and has a lovely calm atmosphere, even when it's busy. I love the Aveda products that the salon uses, I am always happy with the way the colouring products are so gentle on your hair, leave it in great condition and really last. The styling products smell divine! My stylist always listens to what I want from my cut and does such an amazing job every time. I held out for weeks to get my post Lockdown haircut at Sands as I wouldn't contemplate going anywhere else, and I think that speaks for itself.

Lovely hair colour and cut with Stuart today. The salon has implemented lots of precautions to make you feel safe while you’re there. It feels so good to have your hair done after 5 months of lockdown!

One of the more enjoyable experiences of recent months. Apart from the obvious pleasure of a super haircut by Kay, it was a relief to find good safety measures In place from start to finish.

After not having my hair done for many months due to epidemic, was so nice to have a full head of highlights and cut. Ceri and Beni did a fab job and I love my blonde colour. They have gone above and beyond to make the hairdressers safe for clients to return, taking your temperature as you arrive and PPE etc. Always happy with end result. Thanks guys xxx

It was great to have my first haircut in almost 4 months and to be back to see Phil and the team at Sands! I was very impressed at how well organised the salon was to cope with the current circumstances. It was very well thought out and they even had a video on their Facebook page letting clients know what to expect on their first visit back.
