My first time at Sands there was strict adherence to COVID rules which made you feel safe. Carole my stylist was friendly and professional and at the same listened to me when I discussed my colour needs with her. I look forward to my return visit thank you very much see you soon.

Finding a new hairdresser when you move to a new area can be difficult but so far my experience dealing with Sands has been great. Helpful and understanding phone call followed by an efficient and covid safe environment for my consultation and colour test. Great text confirmation and reminders too.

Thank you so much Jasmine for making me feel safe and pampered this morning. This was my first visit to Sands and I will definitely be back . With limited mobility, needing crutches to walk short distances , Jasmine made sure I was ok and helped me out through the back entrance to avoid the steps when leaving. My hair looks wonderful, I could not fault the service . Thank you so much ???

How amazing to get my usual 5 star service today, and with absolute confidence it was very, very safe (standards were absolutely fail safe) I’ve missed you so much!!!

Lovely to get back to Sands after lockdown. They take COVID precautions very seriously so it feels perfectly safe. And a great haircut as usual. Will be back to five stars for atmosphere once COVID is done with!

I am never tired of visiting this amazing place! During the pandemic and a few lockdowns life has been hard for us all. The positivity from the team continues and it really embraces the vision from Sheila and the team.

Following the latest release of lockdown for hairdressers in Wales, the contact made to get our bookings in was superb! Jodie you are an absolute legend! Thank you Phil for sorting out my patch test ahead of colour.

Beni you continue to be amazing and look after us so well, we continue to want to come back time and time again. The wider team continue to provide first class services and at all times we are looked after.

Being sensible during COVID I have ensured I take the necessary actions and not put anyone at risk, in our permitted bubble we continue to look forward to visits at SANDS, adhering to the latest rules and have to thank SANDS for not only keeping us safe but looking after and keeping everyone safe!

My hair was cut by Carrie. I was very happy with the end result. She listened to me and made all the right suggestions for the style I wanted. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. All the necessary measures were in place which made me feel safe.

I always enjoy having my hair done at Sands. The staff are all so friendly, it feels so relaxed in there, I always feel well looked after, not to mention- I am always so pleased with my cut and finish. I have been going to Carrie for years now and she’s fantastic- it’s always a pleasure having a good catch up too! I can’t rate Sands enough and it’s an Aveda salon too!

As usual, I was delighted with the result.

It’s always a really lovely experience going to Sands everyone is very friendly but the best bit is having my hair done by Ceri.

SANDS always amazes me with the teams resilience and always going that extra mile. Beni K working her magic on my hair and focused on the attention to detail to ensure her clients are happy with the results. Attentive Nicole when washing and treating my hair, totally embraces the chill out and relax experience that I throughly enjoy at SANDS!

In current climates it was welcoming to see the saloon investing in its self to provide a beautiful and equally stunning extra area for client appointments! Just need beauty treatments to start again and life will be normal again.
