As I sat in the chair today for a quick trim and lash treatments my memory went back 19 years ago when I first entered the front door of SANDS! A saloon that was recommended by my cousin……….. There started my journey with Sheila who was cutting my hair for the first time in preparation for my 21st Birthday party! Fast forward to the start of my 40th celebrations I am looked after by the most amazing, beautiful, patient, brilliant and talented Beni K!
I have the best hair, the best lashes, the perfect eye brows and am ready to party! My sincere thanks to everyone at SANDS for one of the best birthday cards and kind gifts!!!! ❤️❤️

As always excellent cut and colour from my stylist Beni K. COVID precautions remain in place, feels very safe. Be nice if the coffee could be recommenced now restrictions eased. Just adds to the relaxing experience at the salon. All staff great professional and friendly as usual.

I have been using Sands for many years and Phil has been my stylist for most of that time. The salon is bright and friendly and they cope and have coped well with Covid precautions. I can always rely on Phil to listen carefully to what I want (quite variable!) and helps me to experiment- always with a good view of what will suit me and my lifestyle in mind.

Who’d choose the hottest day of the year for a trip to the hairdressers? Well, despite the searing heat outside and the still regulation face masks, the lovely Ceri coloured and cut my locks wonderfully! Diolch !
My stylist was Stuart today, and I can honestly say this was one of the best hair dye's I have had in a long time. Explained why he couldn't do what I had asked, very knowledgeable, and the end result is probably better than what I had wanted to start with. He took my opinions on board and I would definitely recommend him and the salon for anyone looking to get a hair treatment in which they are listened to.
John and Beni were both wonderful, as usual.

Normally see Yasmin who does a beautiful balayage and cut. She is so friendly and professional and has some amazing skills. Wanted a last minute cut this week so saw Debbie for a trim - such a lovely person, so professional and did a gorgeous cut. Always love visiting here. Feel so calm afterwards. And obviously it smells divine in the salon too!

The first appointment of the day with Stuart. Had no misgivings regarding Covid as salon airy, not too many people milling around, the appropriate steps have been taken to test I am well, cubicles safe and staff all masked and visored. I would have no problems or misgivings returning. I never give 5 stars for all categories as there would be nothing to aim for if I did. Ps I miss the cuppa and realise that service is a victim of Covid.
I had a complete restyle and Jasmin did an incredible job! Loved the whole salon and all the products they use smell amazing. Will definitely be back :)
Chantelle has cut my hair for the past 4/5 years, and I was sad after she left, however, today John cut my hair and did a fabulous job, and he understood exactly how I wanted my hair cut, he was great ?
