Re-visited after having my hair cut by a mobile hairdresser following the birth of my little girl. My hair was in a bit of a mess and had been cut terribly and so Amy has done a great job of getting it back to how I wanted it. Both Amy and Ashley, who have both cut my hair have been fantastic, always listen to what I want and cut it exactly how I’m expecting but always offer advice on what will suit my hair best as it is very curly and unruly! Friendly atmosphere and lovely complimentary drinks, what more could you wish for.

Really lovely salon experience. And one of the best haircuts I've had. Staff lovely, and results are incredible.

While the haircut today was great, unfortunately when it came to the price I was charged at £21 when I normally pay £12.50. I was advised by the hairdresser that this was because my previous rate could not be found on the system.

Really enjoyed my first experience at Yatton and was fortunate enough that they could fit me in as couldn't get an appointment at Congresbury. Nicole was good and I'd happily book again with her. Missed the usual head massage I get at Congresbury with my wash but enjoyed getting curls put in.
Would do my hair more regularly if not so expensive.

It’s a great place here to have your hair done, after a welcome including the offer of various refreshments, the bright clean and pleasant surroundings, lovely, friendly and skilled stylists working, talking and smiling. A good experience.

I was a new customer and I felt very welcomed. All the staff were lovely and chatty. Amy listened to exactly what I wanted with my hair and so happy with the result!

The Yatton salon has to be the nicest hair salon I have ever visited with such friendly, helpful staff. They are all so lovely and knowledgable, it’s a real pleasure spending time there.

Haven't been to the hair dressers for years. Very relaxing, feel asleep a couple of times. Came out looking like a new woman. Very very happy and lovely young lady,done really good.

I won a free blow dry and hair treatment on Facebook but I added in a cut as my hair desperately needed it. I left feeling Amazing! Lovely salon, friendly staff and a very nice coffee too.

It’s always nerve racking when you have to find a new hairdresser but I needn’t have worried ! Amy has been amazing , really friendly and putting me at ease, attentive and professional. She has cut my hair brilliantly and yesterday I had a colour done and I am so pleased with it ! Already looking forward to my next visit !!

Nicole offered me a consultation before tackling my unruly hair and as I agreed wuth everything she suggested she set to work with the scissors.

I could not have been happier with the result, I now have a modern style which is much easier to manage and the tremendous care she took to achieve the result was amazing.

I am a long time customer, as usual, I am happy with my experience at Broad St. Staff at Yatton and Congressbury are always helpful and friendly. Tracey always knows what to do with my difficult hair!!!

Went in wanting a restyle however the style I wanted was completely disregarded and I was given the most dreadful straight bob..far from what I asked for!..i paid for the top stylist and came out with an apprentice cut..disgusting

I'm so pleased with the results!

My niece was visiting me from the US, and had always wanted highlights, but was nervous. The girls were so kind and made her feel completely relaxed.

Always lovely staff, couldn't fault them.at all..I recently asked if it was ok to use the bed with a certain oil on my scalp , they weren't quite sure but offered to wash it off in case, no charge . Excellent customer service . T

Valerie is my mother who suffers from dementia, she still needs to feel good about her appearance! Broad street salon were very kind, helpful and encouraging to her and they always fit her in at the last minute because it’s not easy to plan ahead. She has good days and bad days, yesterday was a good day and she left the salon feeling happy, with the help of the girls there.

The staff always helpful and nice . Beautiful Salon , good facilities too . I only use the sunbeds which are always clean and tidy . Well see about the result in a few weeks haha.b
