Apprehensive about visit as just moved back to Yatton and been going to my hairdressers in Cardiff for years. Couldn’t be more pleased with cut and colour from Nicole, who was lovely. All staff lovely, great service and lovely atmosphere.

Any was fantastic, great advice and superb service but cannot believe she was on her own in the salon all day! It was incredibly difficult for Amy having to interrupt my colour to deal with customers on the front desk! Not an ideal customer experience at all

Today was my first experience at Broad St after being recommended by my mother in law. Poppy listened to how I wanted my hair, made recommendations for colour then explained what she was doing throughout! I LOVE my hair and will be back in 8 weeks or so to keep it looking as lovely as it does today! As well as a fab new hairdo, I was left feeling truly pampered with refreshments offered regularly and a lovely hair conditioning treatment. Thank you Poppy!!

Nicole corrected my hair colour and I absolutely love it and the finish cut and blowdry was perfect!

Made welcome , Stylist introduced herself and washed my hair and then cut and blow dried . Refreshing to have continuity , very pleasant and what a great find Amy is ! Enough confidence in the cut to enable me to book a furture appointment for subtle highlights. Thank you , see you later in January.

Pleasant friendly & helpful staff who looked after my 12 year old daughter and her haircut very nicely and made helpful suggestions.

Nicole did an incredible job and took time to make sure I had the exact colour result I was after as well as ensuring amazing detail for when putting in my foils, also adore my cut. Would definitely recommend!

Amy moved from WSM to Yatton branch and unfortunately I couldn't drive. I couldn't find a hairdresser who knew my hair or that I got on with as well Amy. Now I drive I've just started going back to Amy and I'm so happy with how my hair is. She never disappoints. Cannot recommend her enough.

Positive environment, everyone is chatty and always in a good mood. Poppy does an amazing job and does so with a positive attitude and great customer service. All in all, a hardworking team, who provide an excellent service.

Fab service from Megan, used her initiative and has gained such confidence over the year and has done a fab job with my hair also all the other stylists were helpful and gave excellent direction.

I booked an appointment with Poppy on referral from a colleague. I basically had a bad haircut before that I needed fixing. Poppy listened to me when I explained how I wanted my hair cut and she did an amazing job fixing the mess of a hairstyle I had when I first walked in. All the staff at the salon were friendly, welcoming and professional. I was so pleased with my overall experience that I’ve booked another appointment in 6 weeks time.

I didn’t get my usual hairdresser but I was very pleased that Sam could fit me in. I was unsure of my hair miles and was delighted to find out that my haircut and blow dry was free!

Ashley and Amy are awesome, and Amy is particularly good with making sense out of my random thoughts (and when I have no clue what I want). Always a welcoming place to go and would recommend.
