I'm not good at knowing what's best for my hair and need guidance from the professionals. My second cut from Carla who remembered what she had done last time and was happy to provide suggestions at my request. Carla suggested products, again at my request not a dodgy sales pitch and also showed me how to use them. Very happy customer. Thank you

Jodie took her time to make sure she understood exactly what I needed. She is always friendly and helpful, as are all the staff. My colour looks natural and fresh, just as I'd asked. Nothing is too much trouble for the girls there. Thanks guys.

Carla was very friendly & polite & spent time to ask questions about what I'd like & give some ideas too. She kept checking I was ok & comfortable & had drinks & magazines .
It was s busy day in the salon but I was looked after by the staff well & enjoyed the atmosphere .

Greeted politely and warmly, tea/coffee offered whilst I waited (I was early). The studio was very calm. Gina was very friendly and paid attention to what I was saying and wanted. She used her knowledge and experience to make my dry choppy hair amazing! Thank you !!

My partner planned a surprise 30th birthday day out for me. I was taken to the broad street salon at cadbury and had Gina. They were so lovely and put me at ease straight away- I normally have one hair cut a year and avoid nice salons due to not having the time. My hair was in appealing condition having been cut over a year ago but Gina transformed my hair and it looks amazing! I actually felt a million time more confident and Gina took a lot of time with me picking colours, making sure I was happy with it, checking it all to make sure it was perfect and then styling it. Gina recommended products for my hair which I have used already and my hair is so soft and smooth. I was offered drinks all the time and was looked after like a celebrity- nothing was too much trouble and my partner when booking this was very grateful. My hair hair been completely transformed and I will now look after my hair and will be back in the near future! Thank you for everything girls!

I can't begin to praise the girls at Cadbury X I stupidly coloured my own hair and it went terribly wrong!! I contacted Cadbury salon and they were so lovely and helpful on the phone. They agreed to see me the same day. From the minute I arrived till the time I left I felt so welcomed and in such good hands. Everything was done and nothing was too much trouble. My hair looks stunning and I was so pleased with the results. I can't wait to go back X thank you so much X I highly recommend this salon

I always feel so much better after having had my hair styled. The attention given to myself and my hair is always excellent, a whole uplifting experience.

I went in today for a cut and blow dry, I ending up have a new restyle and I absolutely love it!!! I had a new stylist Emma and just gave her free rein with it and she did an amazing job!! I can not wait to have my colour done in a couple of days time!!

Jodie I love the haircut! It's always a tall order getting me to be pleased with my hair! But I've pranced around sufficiently in the mirror now since I got home and I'm really pleased with it. Thanks! X

I had half head foils and cut and blowdry. Although I asked for the same colours as the time before, my hair was blonder. The haircut took no longer than 5 mins and I think that the quality of the cut is reflected in this, it's uneven in places. 2 weeks later I'm still upset with the cut. I don't earn a lot of money and the fact that I spent £100, £40 of which was on the cut keeps playing on my mind. The stylist however was very friendly.

Have been coming to this salon for a number of years and have never been disappointed. Emma is always brilliant, very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Very flexible opening times are a great help making it very accessible. Happy to recommend.

I've taken my three children to Broad Street since they were infants and they love it! Today's cut with Gina and Poppy was one of the best ever,the boys beamed in the mirror at how grown up they looked. The hot chocolate and lollies afterwards are merely the 'cherry on top' of an experienced, fun, and talented team who really deliver. If you're looking for a salon which will make your children look and feel great, this is the one!

Love having my hair done at broad Street cadbury very relaxing and my hair is always done nice by gina. I love the way it's talked through what you want done, no rushing. Great place to have your hair done everyone makes you feel very welcome.

I had a fabulous cut and blow dry at Broad St Cadbury yesterday. Ryan always does a brilliant job.

As usual always a fabulous experience. Emma is easy to chat to about what to do with my hair . The whole team are wonderful with the children.

I am regular as are my children at the salon, however I was slightly confused at the price of my daughters "put up"? She washed and dried her own hair and the stylist curled it for her. This was £32! Querying the cost?

Blow dry was very uncomfortable. I felt stylist used too small a brush for my long hair and she was not aware that it was hurting me. My scalp was quite sore for some time afterwards following all the pulling. The wash was great however.

Cannot thank Jodie at cadbury salon enough for the fantastic job she had done on my dry, damaged & terribly cut (by a previous salon!!)

I've now got beautiful sleek smooth hair that is cut fantasticly, the best cut I've ever had & to top it off she is a lovely girl with great customer service!

I was recommended by a friend t o try Broad st and getting an appointment was not difficult ..your answer machine is very efficient and a call back was very quick
the staff were very helpful and courteous and did my hair as asked I came out very pleased and I have since rebooked

Excellent customer service as usual! I have very long hair which I don't like being cut as find most hairdressers want to cut off more and do their on thing! The girl that trimmed mine did exactly what I asked with no fuss.

Excellent service once again - Charlottes hair is returned to normal and mums hair is finally permed and looks,amazing!
