As usual friendly efficient service was provided. Lily took the time to ask what I as the customer required which I find reassuring .For the first time ever no drink was offered. Is this a new policy?

Only my second visit to Tranquility and really pleased with my hair cut. As well as doing a great job cutting my hair, my stylist talked me through the options for trying a new style. Very happy with the result.

Kate has been fantastic. I came to her for help with my hair after hair extensions left it dull, thin and flyaway. Kate has helped me to look after and nourish my hair, which is now thicker and shinier than ever. I will NEVER go to another stylist.
