Not only is my hair colour and cut amazing but Karen is amazing and treated me with compassion on a day I needed it, such a special lady

The set-up at Tranquility is professional and Jaimi is great. Her advice is always spot on and once again I’m really pleased with the result.

Love Lily! She's done multiple cuts for me as well as a colour. She's my go-to, I don't let anyone else touch my hair. She understands curly hair, which isn't always easy to find!

Charlie stepped in last minute due to timing issues at the salon, and she did a great job of my trim and blow-dry. Good advice too for using a hair masque to moisturise my hair and help counter yellow tones.

Attended a training session appointment for t-secrion highlights and cut/finish, a fantastic experience with Tara completing the highlights - Blondes and a few red highlights through which look lush! Cut completed by chloe, hair feels and looks much better, all with the support of jess who also is fantastic, with a really comfortable feel to the salon,
