I was offered a coffee as soon as I arrived then Lizzie (my stylist) spent 5 mins looking at and discussing my hair and what I did and did not want. She washed my hair etc and gave me a head massage then she cut my hair. She gave me a lot of confidence and made sure I was happy with every aspect of my restyle including my blow dry. I was very happy with my treatment and cut, Lizzie was lovely and I would recommend her to anyone.

Sam did her usual fantastic work with my highlights. Makes my fine hair look thicker. Also amazing styling.

I have been to see Sam for a few fringe trims in the past. I knew then that Sam was the stylist I needed. She has profound knowledge and expertise in everything to do with hair. Sam immediately makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I don't have any nerves with her and I know that I am in safe hands. By far the best hairdresser I have had. Ever.

As usual friendly efficient service was provided. Lily took the time to ask what I as the customer required which I find reassuring .For the first time ever no drink was offered. Is this a new policy?
