Friendly, relaxing and a great haircut too

Had my hair cut with Dan, he is so lovely, makes you feel so welcome, always does a fantastic short hair cut, you can really see how he takes pride in his work, we always have a giggle. Thank you Dan.

I really enjoy having my hair done at Broad Street it's so relaxing and always done to my satisfaction.

I paid £25.60 for a short back and sides and it’s nothing but average. One side isn’t even faded. I won’t be coming back!

My first visit to Broad St Congresbury but it definitely won't be my last! I was recommended by a friend to go and see Charlotte because I have spent the last 5 years without a regular hairdresser. I wanted a salon where the staff were friendly and welcoming, that was clean and tidy and who could just do a decent job of cutting my hair. I also decided to forego my usual browse of the colour aisle in Boots and have it done at the hairdressers instead.

I could not be happier with my experience. The staff were lovely, Charlotte was chatty and friendly and she is a miracle worker. This lady really, really knows her stuff when it comes to colour. She listened to me and understood what I wanted, then she suggested a couple of twists that I wasn't 100% convinced by but I decided to give it a go on the basis that if I didn't like it I can always grow it out.

I didnt need to worry, the colour is the best I have ever had (with apologies to my old hairdresser who won't read this because he emigrated to Oz 5 years ago)! It's amazing, the cut is great and the blow dry finish left my sorry that I didn't have somewhere to go and show off my new hair.

I cannot recommend her enough and I'm really looking forward to next time.

Usual high standard and excellent safety measures in place. Izzy gave a very good wash and lovely massage when applying conditioner. Very friendly too. Tracy as always made my hair look great.

For letting me have appointment at short notice. Great hair cut.. very relaxed atmosphere. See you October

Sarah did an excellent job with my hair. She listened to what I wanted, and used her expert skills. I just blow dried it now and it fell into place beautifully

I love getting my hair done at Broad Street Hair - always a great service and excellent cut

Came in a few months ago for the first time with my 11 year old and had an appointment with Dan. He was absolutely fantastic with her and made her feel so at ease. I then came back a week later to get my own hair sorted and he gave me such good advice and did a superb job of my hair! Today I saw Lucy who was also fantastic! Third time here and each time have been met with friendliness and excellent results. Thank you all.

I recently moved to the area and have been here a handful of times one, today for my first highlights. Really pleased with the results and very reasonably priced. Charlotte is friendly and easy to chat to while she does your hair. Overall a great experience.

This is a lovely place to sit and relax while having your hair done. They take every precaution to keep clients safe during this epidemic.

I have been having my hair cut and coloured by Dan for many years. I have always been happy with everything. Dan always makes you feel welcome on arrival and we have a good catch up. It is great being able to go to the hairdressers again.

Louse has always cut my hair and she manages every time I come to make me look 10 years younger

I absolutely love coming to broad street to get my hair done - it’s a real treat! All the staff are really friendly and Lucy is amazing at cutting and colouring my hair. She has been able to offer really good advice about the style and colour that I am trying to achieve and I am the happiest I have been with my hair for years!
