I’ve only had two appointments here so far, with Rhea, but was majorly impressed with both the colour and the cut. Rhea really knows what she’s doing and is great company at the same time! I was so pleased after my first appointment that I have left my hairdresser of around 20 years in Bristol. Cannot fault Rhea - she is experienced and excellent.

Went in for a much needed full head of foils, been away from the salon for a few years at least. I have to say you can not fault to quality of the colour, cut and blow dry, Charlotte put the foils in like a work of art and was lovely and close to the scalp. I’ve been to a few other salons in the last few years and yes they may be cheaper, but the quality and quantity of the foils are no where near as good! The customer service from the whole team was one of being pampered and cared for! Came out like a new woman! It’s very true, you get what you pay for! It’s a 10/10 for me!

Was really hoping to keep the ends of my hair light (my hair is long) was hoping for a lighter chestnut brown colour, but the whole length is now dark brown. Not dure how best to fix it… just lots of shampooing?

Once more an excellent haircut by Dan. He definitely knows how to deal with the curl in my hair. Tricky for most hairdressers to deal with.

Dan understands how to work with my hair in a way that compliments my personality and style. He’s just bought back my pixie cut and also bought back me! I feel like myself again. 🥰

What a lovely team at Congresbury. Explained to me about hair colouring and why it fades so quickly. No other hair dressers have done that. It was on the 50%off which was wonderful .Will be back.

This was my first time at Broad Street Congresbury and not only did I get an exceptional cut and colour, I also had such a great time there. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and I felt very at ease - which is something I haven’t always experienced at other salons. Charlotte really understood what I was after and took her time explaining what she was doing at each stage. I would highly recommend the salon and will definitely be back. Thank you!
