I have used this salon for a while now and always have a good experience. From start to finish I always feel welcome. The salon always looks clean, tidy and well presented.

Today I had an apprentice wash my hair who is very considerate and polite (I didn’t manage to catch her name) as we talked it became apparent that the experience that she is gaining from working at this salon is helping her to grow in her confidence. I want to say that she did a good job and looked after me. She’s got the makings of a great hairdresser 👍

Dan is very experienced and always makes me feel welcome. As a regular client I can choose to discuss any changes I would like if I wish to do so. Today I was happy to let him cut my hair to the style I have had consistently over the last few months. I’m very happy how my hair turns out. Dan knows how to style it according to my hair type and how my hair moves. Thanks Dan 👌 keep up the good work ☺️

Just to say that we had a confirmation text for daughters appointments, but when we got there, we weren’t on system. Luckily there was a cancellation and Gemma kindly offered us a slot so we could have their hair cuts. Would have been annoying if we’d travelled from Banwell for nothing. Maybe need to check system is working? Also came for a patch test last Monday as website said open 9-5. Got there and all salon locked up. Drove again from Banwell and had to go back. Can website be updated if not opening? Thanks

Highly recommend BroadSt salon! I had my hair cut by Dan who is just amazing! He really listens to what you want and provides expert advice on what will look best on you. Dan is attentive, engaging and friendly and makes you feel so at ease during your appointment which is fab.
The salon itself is lovely. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and there’s even a drinks menu you can choose from - just gutted I was driving!

Wax was extremely painful and pointless was still left with hair but skin red raw and spray tan was very patchy I expressed my concerns on tan as could still see loads of white bits but was told would be fine once developed but its not.

Sarah cut my 6year old granddaughter’s hair today and she was so good with her as my granddaughter never stopped talking the whole time, even telling jokes

Even though l only go twice a year they remember everything about me. where l went on my holidays and what l had been doing. They are always laughing and are really friendly but also very professional. There is a relaxing atmosphere in the salon and l always leave feeling special.

Recently moved to the area and had a recommendation to go to see Dan. I went for an initial consultation and he was fabulous. Really welcoming and friendly. Easy to talk to and clearly knows ‘hair’ I’ve booked in for my first cut and treatments.

Such a relaxing, happy environment to spend the hours it takes to have my hair coloured and cut. And I am so pleased with the outcome. Dan is a great stylist - working wonders as usual.

We went into the salon today for the first time. Dan looked after us, he cut my kids hair and was amazing with them.

Then it was my turn…. My hair was a mess let’s be honest…. 😳 I told him I wanted something different and that he could do what he wanted.
AND OMG did he deliver, my hair looks amazing! Hands down without a doubt I have found my hairstylist for life!
