Pedicure today with Lyndsey. The treatment room was spotlessly clean and there are temperature checks when you arrive. Lyndsey did a very thorough job. Lyndsey is very experienced at her job and very friendly. I found the whole experience very relaxing and safe.
The hair salon is also very clean and safe with individual screened workstations

The salon was really friendly as usual. There were lots of new measures in place keeping it safe but it was very easy to know what to do. The quality of the service was as high as usual.

I arrived looking like the wicked witch of the west. I was made to feel very safe with all the checks and procedures put in place. As I have been shielded I was quite apprehensive about the situation but I cannot praise everyone enough. As I watched Dan cutting of my long curls I felt relief that I was returning to my normal self. The only down side is that I seem to have gone much more grey during lockdown. Thank you Dan.

My first visit to the salon this morning since moving to Congresbury during lockdown. My hair was in desperate need of a tint and cut. Dan did an amazing job and I’m thrilled with my hair. Such a treat - a welcoming and professional salon.

I love coming and getting my hair done by Liv, Would highly recommend her to friends and family if they don’t already get there hair done by her! I have super thick hair and I always leave feeling so much lighter she is the best!

Had my first post-lockdown hair cut yesterday, and it was as great an experience as ever. I had to go to the Congresbury branch instead of Winscombe, but it was still lovely. The protocols in place made it feel completely safe (taking my temperature on arrival, hand gel, disinfection of my chair, new gown etc). It was so nice to be pampered, and to see the lovely Dan again for a chat & excellent haircut. Highly recommend Broad St.

Health and safety is very important at this time. And can I say well done to you. It was very professional. PPE was provided if needed. Staff and customers were wearing PPE at all times. The haircut was perfect. There again dont think I've ever had a bad haircut from the Winscombe staff. Highly recommend this saloon. Staff are very polite and friendly and very good at their jobs. Xx

Thanks to Dan for making the first visit after lockdown completely stress free. It was the usual lovely atmosphere but with all the necessary safety precautions undertaken. I left the salon with a great hair cut

Liked the salon. I think I prefer the booths. Superb colour and cut. The only thing missing was the coffee- hardly your fault. Oh and I loathed wearing the mask- thought I would pass out! Once again not your fault.

I always have Lucy she’s such a nice girl always does exactly what I want! Great conversation too such a friendship builder just amazing!

First visit back since Covid 19 struck. Very impressed with the revamped salon. Lovely and light and fresh. All cutting stations are screened and all equipment cleaned between clients. Felt very organised and safe. Plenty of hand sanitizer around for clients to use. Good use of disposable towels and cutting capes.

Great experience. Salon is doing all the right things to keep us safe.

Wonderful to have my hair brought under control again by Rhea. I have missed the pampering and conversation. Great to be back.
