First time having my hair cut here Jessica was lovely very pleased with my hair feels lovely and soft

As usual I had a fantastic experience at Rizzo and I love my hair. They are a really friendly team, definitely the best Salon in the area in my opinion and I have tried a few places before finding this gem.

I love my time in the salon as everyone is always so friendly and the salon has adapted so well do the government co-vid standards I felt very safe. Jade is my go to for any hair care and as normal I walked away feeling more confident than I went in. My new hair colour and cut is amazing and I can't wait for my next visit. Carl was amazing! Listened to all my ideas as to how I wanted my hair and created the perfect balayage! It’s exactly what I wanted and more. Top quality service too, I felt comfortable the whole time and Carl made an effort throughout the whole appointment to ask how I was doing. I can never fault RIZZO and would not go anywhere else. Saori did an amazing job, she was talkative without being invasive, her hair wash and head rub was so relaxing I nearly fell asleep. I’m incredibly happy with my cut and feel half a stone lighter now that it’s done.

This was my first visit to Rizzo and I am more than happy with the results. It was 6 months since my last hair cut and what was once short hair was now a bit of a mess and I wasn't sure whether I wanted to go back to short hair .Ashley took time to listen to me and showed me some styles to help me decide what I would like. Ashley is lovely and made me feel really welcome. I have booked my next appointment and recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a brilliant hair salon.

I just visited Rizzo for the first time to have my haircut. Prior to my appointment, I hadn’t had a haircut in 10 months and Carl was able to take off a lot of length and make my hair look healthier and more stylish. I was squeezing in the appointment over my lunch hour and he was very quick and professional. He’s a super friendly hair stylist and I can definitely recommend his services.

Not sure of the name of the stylist, but she was really good and I'd like to use her again. Friendly staff welcomed me after all the virus situation. It was an excellent experience. Thank you

Needed a pick me up after working all through this pandemic and that’s exactly what I got ! Very organised every stylist wearing visor plenty of space to distance .Had a lovely treatment off jade in the relaxing massage chairs , hair feels lovely ?!! Thankyou

Since moving to Wellington I've tried different salons and different hairdressers and my hair has never turned out quite how I wanted. Elisha made me feel so comfortable today and despite doing my hair for the first time knew exactly what I wanted and has given my hair a fresh and bright ashy blonde look that is what I have been searching for all these years! Thank you so much Elisha. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment.
