Very enjoyable and pleased with hair cut

First haircut since lockdown. I was greeted with the same warmth as always. I felt extremely safe and relaxed in the new Covid conscious environment. Saori did a fab job as always. So good to see everyone again.

Really pleased with hair, under difficult circumstances

I was a bit Nervous about getting my hair cut as this was my 1st visit, but from the minute I walked through the door, I was made to feel welcome and relaxed, I really appreciated the massage chair and the New Client Welcome pack, which includes free treatments etc..

Happy with Ashley. Always like my style but I do think you are charging too much. £24 for a men’s cut is extreme especially when I find out the new barber is charging £15. How does that work??
I will consider moving to a barber as standard price for a style in a barbers in around £15.

Loved my hair! I also heard another client saying how lovely it looked. Ashley is fab, she does what I ask but will offer advice and sensible opinions when needed. I'm very happy.

I have had really bad experience with my hair before until I came across Carl at rizzos, he’s made me feel so much better because he does such an amazing job and brings my confidence up for my hair and I always absolutely love my hair and I’m happy to be his customer. Also everyone who works there is so polite and kind.

Impressed with the service from the time we walked through the door. Carl cut my hair today. I’m thrilled to-bits. I’ve got short hair which may seem easier to most but for YEARS I have struggled with uneven cutting and lack of style. This is the best cut I’ve had in absolutely ages. I’m definitely going back!!

Carl was lovely and really good with my hair. Hasnt been cut in over a year and he was really nice about the whole experience. Easy to talk to.
