Louis was great with my autistic son and did a great job on his hair. My son commented on the way home that he’s only having his hair cut from Louis from now on.

Good service, friendly staff, good hair cut, safe distance from other customers, all staff wearing masks and visors, slightly busy and noisy this time.

Quality cutting, lovely chitchat, open salon space, friendly reception, convenient location, drinks, good covid awareness... won’t go anywhere else now I’ve found Rizzo’s!

Havin' my hair cut and colour had was a big deal for me due to previous allergic reactions to Hair dyes.
From the initial consultation I felt that I was in safe hands and felt that the stylish knew what I wanted I felt that I was in safe hands and felt that the stylish knew what I wanted. Jade was amazing with me on the day the cut and colour were fantastic and I can not highly recommend this salon the enough.
Customer Care was exceptional, The salon called me the following day to make sure that I was happy with my hair and that I had not had an allergic reaction to the dye.

Jade is great, she always makes me feel welcome and really makes sure I am happy with my cut and style. Jade also gives me advice on what products to use and how to use them.
Overall, a really good experience.

Louis has cut my hair beautifully. He was very attentive and most of all he listened to what I wanted.
I can recommend him 100% go and treat yourself xx

I met Jess for the first time at my recent appointment. She took the time to understand my hair "journey" and I was delighted with the results. So much so I didn't wash my hair for 5 days after - didn't need to! Looking forward to future appointments and great looking hair.

Was made to feel welcome by all staff. Got COVID procedures in place which make you feel safe. Jade did an excellent job on my hair very happy with it.

Lovely warm welcome from jo on reception & jess. It’s been 7 years since I’ve been to a salon & the whole experience was amazing! Jess was very friendly, professional & attentive & gave me a beautiful colour, cut & finish. I have very fine hair & Jess worked on it very gently & carefully. First time I’ve walked out of a hair salon feeling pampered & relaxed! I look forward to coming again in the new year.

I had an excellent experience at Rizzo salon in Wellington. The staff were friendly and my stylist did an amazing job. I am over the moon with the result as I went from dark to blonde highlights and by far the best I have had it done.

It’s been 8 months since I’ve had my hair done due to the current situation and I honestly wish I had booked in sooner! The hygiene standards and procedures in place made me feel really safe and the team were really welcoming as always. I’ve been coming to Jade at Rizzos for a number of years now and she always knows what’s best for me, I trust her 100% and she always works miracles on my hair.
