From the moment I entered the hairdressers I felt comfortable staff were attentive. The stylist listened and discussed with me how I wanted to change my style. They met my needs as I’m a wheelchair user which really put me at ease, I was grateful that they accommodated how my hair can be washed, again the girl who washed my hair was friendly and helpful. The stylist was friendly and cheerful. I came away feeling amazing that I actually had the cut I asked for, that’s the first time for a long time. I can recommend them to other powered or not wheelchair users as there is plenty of space and the staff are amazingly good.

Always very happy with my finished look, the cut grows in well until my next appointment.

Jade is always amazing. Knows what i like and i trust her 100% if i fancy a change, which is quite often! I’ve never once felt uncomfortable around her. She is amazing at what she does, wouldn’t let anybody else touch my hair now.

Alex nearly fell asleep in my arms whilst having his hair cut! The stylist (I’m so sorry, I didn’t catch her name!) wasn’t phased by cutting a baby’s hair, and did a really thorough job, leaving my scruffy little baby looking looking like a handsome little boy!

So nice to get back to the salon to see Jade. As always she is just lovely! Very attentive and honest about what is discussed regarding my colour, she won't just do as you ask if she doesn't feel it is necessary so I know I'm getting the best advice for me and my hair. She genuinely loves her job and is happy to see her regulars as well as enthusiastic with new clients. You're in safe hands with a lady who knows her stuff !!

Jade restyled my hair today after lockdown i am so happy with the results but always are. They were running a little late but I believe that's because we all needed so much work to make us feel normal. Thanks to all of you at the Wellington salon you are all so special and essential works .?????
