Had a full head of highlights done today, was happy with the service that I received and the hairdresser had good a good idea on which colour blonde I should go for as my hair is naturally like a mousey brown colour. Went for a caramel blonde in the end and they suit me well. Going for another top up in about 6 weeks time where I’m thinking of going for a slightly lighter blond tone. Can’t wait!

As Jayde was still unwell I booked into Wellington Rizzo as it is more local to me. I took a photo of me showing how Jayde cuts my hair. Karen listened very carefully to what I asked and spent time doing an excellent job. I’ve booked Wellington again, wishing Jayde well but knowing I can have the style I like if she is not fully fit. Always a pleasant experience every 6-8 weeks. We come as a family of three and we cannot fault the hair cuts each and every time.

From the moment I entered the hairdressers I felt comfortable staff were attentive. The stylist listened and discussed with me how I wanted to change my style. They met my needs as I’m a wheelchair user which really put me at ease, I was grateful that they accommodated how my hair can be washed, again the girl who washed my hair was friendly and helpful. The stylist was friendly and cheerful. I came away feeling amazing that I actually had the cut I asked for, that’s the first time for a long time. I can recommend them to other powered or not wheelchair users as there is plenty of space and the staff are amazingly good.

Always very happy with my finished look, the cut grows in well until my next appointment.

Jade is always amazing. Knows what i like and i trust her 100% if i fancy a change, which is quite often! I’ve never once felt uncomfortable around her. She is amazing at what she does, wouldn’t let anybody else touch my hair now.
