I always always have a lovely time at Rizzos, always made to feel so comfortable and looked after. The colour & trim I’ve had done on my hair is absolutely perfect and I can’t thank them enough!

I went to Rizzo on recommendation from my daughter. Everyone was lovely. I was offered a coffee on arrival. Sophie cut my hair after talking to me. I am very pleased with my cut and the treatment I received. I would certainly recommend Rizzo.

My 3rd visit to the Wellington salon. I had a cut and blow-dry with an intensive treatment. The salon itself is beautiful and my hair stylist was lovely and really listened to what i wanted and did a beautiful job putting in a fringe for me. The hair treatment was amazing, head massage, massage chair even lavender spray to relax you, a treat for most the senses! Highly. Recommend!

Excellent overall sevice

Initially attracted by the professional looking salon. At my appointment staff personable, atmosphere and facilities good including massage chair at the sink which was really relaxing. Stylist Sophie was lovely, easy to talk to and spoke of building relationship with clients to work together. She worked quickly and effectivrly. Very pleased with the result and 2 days in it is still looking good and easy to manage.

she was very welcoming and friendly and did a great job blow drying my hair ☺️

Once again a fabulous haircut from Jade …..I’m so pleased.

Booked in online for a colour, didn’t mention anything about a patch test until I arrived at the appointment, I was told they could use a different product and if the result not right I could go back after 48 hours for another treatment after completing a patch test - so I took the stylists advice and carried on with the appointment- the colour was not the required colour so a patch test was carried out and an appointment made for 2 days later to have a toner applied - 2 days later the toner was applied washed out and reapplied and the finished look was very patchy over processed in some areas which I was advised would fade with washing and under processed in others (little difference from when I arrived) 1 day before Christmas I left the salon with my heart in my mouth and a hairstyle I wanted to hide under a hat. The salon staff were nice and friendly and the atmosphere good but shame about the colour.

My hair stylist was Jade, I was very nervous as its my first time at Rizzos, the staff were friendly, made me feel at ease, i was asked what shampoo ect I would like, something I've not been asked previously by the hairdressers I was using! Jade was fab she listened to my hair concerns, took the time to advise me on products and my trim, I felt at ease, I am extremely happy with my cut and the finished result happy with the service, I will be returning from now on, Many Thanks Emma

As ever, Jayde has styled my hair very well. The staff at the salon in Wellington are welcoming and attentive and Jayde is training them regularly, which is good.

Thank you Megan for a lovely relaxing experience while having my hair washed. Megan is so gentle yet firm when massaging your head you feel you just want to drift on and enjoy every minute. When it’s followed by a lovey blow dry things just can’t get any better

I was very anxious going into the salon with my 8 week old baby having not had my hair done for a year. The ladies were wonderfully accommodating and I absolutely love my cut and colour. I feel a million dollars. Excellent all round. Thank you ladies.

Had a full head of highlights done today, was happy with the service that I received and the hairdresser had good a good idea on which colour blonde I should go for as my hair is naturally like a mousey brown colour. Went for a caramel blonde in the end and they suit me well. Going for another top up in about 6 weeks time where I’m thinking of going for a slightly lighter blond tone. Can’t wait!

Karen listened very carefully to what I asked and spent time doing an excellent job. I’ve booked Wellington again, wishing Jayde well but knowing I can have the style I like if she is not fully fit.
