I had my haircut by Lilly earlier today.
She carefully listened to how I wanted to have my hair cut and put the time in to make sure I was happy with the result.
I have already booked my second appointment for colour and cannot wait to return!

Great cut from Megan today. Chatty and did exactly what I wanted and was very businesslike and full of good advice. Great experience

Fantastic, realy pleased ,was booked in with lilly but as I wanted little difference Debbie did the cut and guided lilly,so so hapoy Debbie thank you also for all the advice on how to style my hair.xx

This is my second visit to the salon. I had a cut and blow dry with Lilly. She was really careful and made sure that I was happy with everything as she went along. I love the massage chairs it makes the hair washing process really comfortable.

Staff always welcoming and will always go the extra mile.. colour looks great..

Best haircut yet

Moved to Shropshire from London a year ago and hadn't really been to a hairdressers. Im mixed heritage so have curly hair. After looking at a few hairdressers in Wellington, I finally popped into see if anyone had the ability to tackle my hair confidently and was greeted by a lovely receptionist who quickly offered me a seat and went to ask the team. Within minutes a lovely stylist popped over and chatted to me asked me what I was looking for and offered me an appointment there and then (as a slot had become available). Well, she did a great job, listened to what I wanted now and in the future and trimmed my hair as discussed. Offered a drink and had a nice massage chair too... what's not to love. Have booked for another appointment and also my daughter too. Thank you Sophie - I look forward to the next cut! Serendipity at its best!

Start to finish - a warm welcome by friendly staff. Stylist Meg is fabulous, such a meticulous eye for detail, a real perfectionist.

I was very nervous about going to a new hair salon but I'm very happy to say that all the worry was for nothing. Right from the onset, the service was exceptional. I went to Rizzo on recommendation from my daughter. Everyone was lovely. I was offered a coffee on arrival. Sophie cut my hair after talking to me. I am very pleased with my cut and the treatment I received. I would certainly recommend Rizzo.

My 3rd visit to the Wellington salon. I had a cut and blow-dry with an intensive treatment. The salon itself is beautiful and my hair stylist was lovely and really listened to what i wanted and did a beautiful job putting in a fringe for me. The hair treatment was amazing, head massage, massage chair even lavender spray to relax you, a treat for most the senses! Highly. Recommend!

Excellent overall sevice

Initially attracted by the professional looking salon. At my appointment staff personable, atmosphere and facilities good including massage chair at the sink which was really relaxing. Stylist Sophie was lovely, easy to talk to and spoke of building relationship with clients to work together. She worked quickly and effectivrly. Very pleased with the result and 2 days in it is still looking good and easy to manage.

Rizzo’s apprentice Kasha was great today,
she was very welcoming and friendly and did a great job blow drying my hair ☺️

I loved how I was treated and my hair feels so much more healthy afterwards :)
