I had a feeling I’d love this salon before I even went to my appointment and my gut feeling was right! Both Martyn and Sam made me feel so at home straight away. 100% the vibe I was looking for. Martyn made me feel completely at ease. Loved my cup of tea and mini eggs (it’s the small things haha). Martyn made me laugh so much and I had a great time! This was my first visit to Salon xv, for highlights, cut and dry, the team work well and clearly take pride in the salon and ensuring that their client leaves happy with their colour and cut. My colour was tweaked slightly to get the shade of blonde I was looking for, and the finished colour was perfect, and matched by the cut and blow dry. Martyn is really lovely and always offers sensible advice. I have very fine hair and we are trying to decide what to do with it prior to my daughter’s wedding which is not an easy task. He has persevered with me and my hair for over a year so I think he deserves a medal! Sam has also permed my hair which improved it slightly but he was being cautious. We are going to try again 😊 both Martyn and Sam are lovely and seem to always make their clients feel special, offering advice where necessary. A cup of tea, coffee or a glass of water is always offered as well as a cheery welcome into the salon. Thank you for making a trip to your salon really special.
