Today I had the best hairdressing experience in my life. Sam cut my long hair short and coloured it. He was amazing. So kind so good and so professional! I am sooo happy with the results so I just cannot recommend him and the team enough. They were really good and chatty and very friendly. The first thing to say about Salon XV and the team is that they provide exceptional customer service. What these two chaps have created is an atmosphere of welcoming, comfort and professionalism, with laughter thrown in. They provide the whole experience, and part of my ongoing experience has led me to have the Wella Smooth Filler Treatment which Abi carried out. Martin and Sam kindly used me as their Guinea Pig and I couldn’t be more pleased. I have struggled with Frizzy hair ( I’m an in between curly and wannabe straight hair girl ), all my life and when they recommended me for the treatment I was hesitant as I didn’t believe a product would change anything. Wow, how wrong was I, this product has been a game changer. My hair now takes about 10 minutes to dry and even if I leave it dry mainly by itself it still looks relatively presentable. When I dry it with just my styling brush it comes out sleek, shiny and smooth. I have not used my straighteners for the first time in years. I even went out in the rain with no hat or brolley to give it the ultimate test and instead of looking like Lord Farquhad from Shrek, I just looked like someone who was a little damp, amazing 🤩, I didn’t sit there braced ready to say let’s go home, I stayed and had a coffee in a coffeehouse.
