I’ve been going to XV for a few years and have picked up on inconsistency twice before where my cut and colour have been not what I asked for including actual purple hair twice before in an attempt to give me steal colour that I never wanted. Now it’s happened again 24 hours before a planned photo shoot. If that’s not bad enough my hair has been cut far too short than I asked. Sorry Sam but at your price I expect real quality and service not a decent cup of coffee being the best part of the visit.
Just wow!!🤩 I can’t even begin to thank Sam for totally my hair today it’s the best it has ever looked you are a genius!!! I can’t stop looking at it …😂😂absolutely beautiful ….everything I’ve ever wanted and asked for in other salons and never got I love love love it !! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 an absolute pleasure to spend over two hours in the company of two amazing men Martin & Sam and!! come out with gorgeous hair 🥰 thank you both so much xxx

What a lovely, stylish and clean environment to relax and be made to feel your best version of yourself.
After having a bad experience with a different salon, I made the decision to stick to what I know and trust.
As someone who is all about their hair, I wanted to avoid any further disappointments and to return to having the hair Martyn has done all along, I decided it was worth the travel from Telford to Oswestry to make me happy again.
