I always felt slightly uncomfortable when going to the hairdresser's, I don't know why.....
BUT NOW I DO. since arriving back in the UK I needed to find a hairdressers so I looked up local ones & somehow was drawn to the name

These two are a cut above the rest.
I needed to cancel an appointment and book a new one due to me having to undergo hospital treatment - not only did they find an appointment for me but as soon as I walked in Sam knowing I have been having a dreadful time came up to me and asked if he could hug me. I received the best bear hug possible. And as usual the boys actually got me smiling.

I’ve been going to XV for a few years and have picked up on inconsistency twice before where my cut and colour have been not what I asked for including actual purple hair twice before in an attempt to give me steal colour that I never wanted. Now it’s happened again 24 hours before a planned photo shoot. If that’s not bad enough my hair has been cut far too short than I asked. Sorry Sam but at your price I expect real quality and service not a decent cup of coffee being the best part of the visit.
