Staff go the extra mile to make your experience a relaxing one. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. The salon is often decorated and themed and they support worthy charities. They provide some special touches such as a hot water bottle on the chairs while your hair is being washed which is bliss for your back. You are always given a very warm welcome 🤗 Staff are cheerful and attentive. This salon goes the extra mile to‘pamper’ you. At the hair washing stations there are hot water bottles on your chair for your back which are bliss! The drinks menu is varied and coffee is served with a muffin. If you have an afternoon appointment you can enjoy a haircut while sipping a glass of wine if you choose!
I am always very pleased with my hair cuts and colour and staff certainly take their time. The salon is often decorated with a current theme and they support worthy charities.

I've been to many salons in my 50 years of being obsessed with hair cuts and colours - Francesco under Alex's management is far and away my favourite ever, and I wouldn't go anywhere else (nor will my teenage daughter now!). Just the best hairdressing, from cut to colour - Alex really listens and understands what you need (which isn't always what you think you want!) and she is super talented at what she does - as are the rest of the team. The atmosphere in the salon is always relaxed and friendly, and as an autistic customer, I find the attention to how much (or how little) chat I'm able for makes the world of difference. Don't hesitate to book in for a consultation and I know you'll love this salon too.

I cannot put into words how much I love coming here, I wish my hair grew faster so I could come in more frequently! From the moment you step into the door, you are greeted with a warm, welcoming smile. Nothing is too much trouble, the complimentary drinks are very tasty, I'm slowly working my way through the menus. Siobhan is amazing at her craft, she really listens to what you want and makes the final result better in reality. Thankyou newport, you really are the best x

Wasn't told her name normally have elish who is lovely. Thought it was very expensive as I washed vee hair before. Only fringe and ends cut. No style and was sticking upwards instead of curling into a bob . Totally disappointed will not be retuning. Can't justify paying £49 for a cut and didn't look nice afterwards not happy with results
Fabulous haircut experience…was booked in with Sam who specialises in curly hair. I had the best haircare advice on how to care for my naturally curly hair and came out of the salon with beautiful bouncy curls.
