A lovely experience from start to finish. The head massage during shampooing is heavenly, time is given for discussion about style, an exceptionally good cut for a fuss-free, layered bob that falls in all the right places. And a good cup of coffee! A big thank you Kelby. I always feel a million dollars when you’ve done my hair.

Thank you for your valued feedback. We are sorry that you were not completely clear on our pricing structure.
The prices that we charge are based upon the years of experience, training and knowledge that our teams have undertaken.
As an example a Salon Director will charge more for a haircut than a stylist as you will be paying for the knowledge and skills that they have built up over the years.
I hope this clarify’s the different price points within the salon for you.
On a positive we are very please to read that the service that you had booked in for was carried out as you wished and that you received the required look that you were wishing to achieve.

Amazing wench worked a miracle on my hair after bleach destroyed it well I did I am so happy and was so scared for the cut but it looks amazing I am so pleased and grateful it's more than hair sometimes not only did Kelby do a great job all the other lady's are so welcoming kind lovely environment totally recommend my step mom also loved her cut from Kelby so thank you very much all
