Always a wonderful experience getting my hair sorted out by Kate. Francescos Market Drayton is a place where I feel calm and looked after from when I walk in the door to when I leave. I am listened to and have never been disappointed with the cut and style of my hair. Which is why I remain a long term loyal customer.?

First time using the salon and was very impressed. The hairdresser knew her stuff and did an excellent job sorting out a previous bad cut by another barber at another salon. Definitely going back.

My appointment was with Steve , my hair has never felt so soft and it has to be the best cut iv ever had , defiantly be going back , thank you Francesco market Drayton .

Treated myself to a lovely chilled afternoon with Kate who transformed my hair beautifully, the colour cut and blow dry were excellent. The whole experience left me feeling revived. Thank you also to Liz who introduced me to the laid back experience of a hair wash… can’t wait for the next time.,

I have been visiting Steve for more years than I can remember and we followed him when he moved to Market Drayton. I don’t trust anyone else near my hair.

Kate never dissapoints ,pure luxury, from heated back pad ,massage scalp ,drinks whenever ,Kate understands me & gives me quiet times because situations can be overwhelming.

From the minute you walk into the Salon, the welcome is tangible - addressed by name, always offered a drink, you feel amongst friends. Kate gave me honest & very appropriate advice & then I went for a wash - it was a spa head massage - fab!
Great cut - fab followed by blow dry making me look & feel like a new woman - fab!!!

As always I have had the most fantastic service with Steve. He always does a wonderful job with my hair, knowing exactly what works best for me. He is just the most incredible hairdresser, which is why I travel the distance I do to get him to do my hair.

It was my first appointment with Steve today, and what a refreshing experience. He took the time to explain what would suit my face shape, complimented my features, and gently pointed out where I’d been going wrong with my previous style. He recommended a hairstyle that truly enhances my best features.
Before picking up the scissors, he carried out a thorough consultation something that feels rare these days, which made me feel completely confident and understood. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’ve already booked my next appointment with him.

The salon has a relaxing atmosphere, is very clean and modern. Staff are all lovely, friendly and professional. They don't make you feel rushed. I would recommend this salon to anyone.

Enjoyed my whole experience, I love having my hair done. After a warm welcome I met Steve who listened to my ideas and gave me professional advice, he was excited as I was about creating a new style whilst brightening my colour. I enjoyed relaxing in a friendly salon and having an expert service - thank you this is why I keep coming back
