As always, a massage with Becky was a remarkable experience. The wash and blow dry with Natalie was the icing on the cake. A brilliant experience all round.

Clammy is a lovely lady with an eye for style, despite having to work on a grey haired old lady, she makes me feel great when finished. I’ve had a cut/ Colour and treatments over the three visits with assistance from Natalie who is lovely.
I love the tray of tea with my own teapot which is a lovely touch, maybe a glass of bubbly would be an option at Xmas ?

As always Cammy was really helpful and accepting of my lack of hair knowledge. I am not the most informed when it comes to hair methods or styles, but Cammy was really helpful as always and has yet again given my neglected hair a new lease of life.

I walked away and have never felt as confident as this before. Cammy also advised me on how i should style my hair with my new look which was great help especially as this is something I am not great at.

Wonderful wash and cut, made my hair really soft and shaped it really well - bit more puffy than I wanted the result to be but nothing a bit of curl cream cant fix

My son visited today to have a face treatment. He was a little anxious, as he had never attended anything like this before! He came home beaming, revitalised and has already asked if he can go again - amazing!

Myself and my daughter came today to see Becky for some shellac nails for our holiday and it was my daughters birthday aswell.
Becky was fantastic with my daughter,she loves to have her nails done by her.
I told Becky it was her birthday and she was so thoughtfull ,by even buying her some chocolate cake.
We will definitely be back again!

I’ve not been to this salon before. First impressions is that it’s clean and busy. Member of the team that greeted me was friendly.
My wash cut and blow dry took less than 30 mins. Which is ok as my hair is straight and I only asked for a rough dry. Though in other salons the same treatment usually takes an hour.
The team member that cut my hair was not the usual stereotypical chatty hair dresser but again that’s ok, as she did a really good job of doing a blunt, straight cut. Just as I asked.
The bit I was disappointed about is that I’m pregnant and I was taken to a seat upstairs in a warm room but I wasn’t even offered a drink. Not even a small glass of water.
I’d heard really good things about this salon and was recommended it by a friend who has been going to them for years.
Would I go back? Sadly not, I didn’t book another appointment when I left.

I always like coming to see Becky for a wax, she is friendly and professional. We always have a good chat.

Becky’s colour skills and advice was great, especially as it was the 1st time. Helen cutting and styling was again brilliant for the 1st meeting. Looking forward to the next visit. Cheers Keith??

Excellent cut with Cammy and well finished . Fast and confident hair cut taking a good 3 to 4 inches off long hair, adding a fringe . Will definitely be back

Very dissatisfied it was not a welcoming experience. The girl who cut my hair did not introduce herself. I tried to make conversation but was difficult as she did not engage very much. I felt not welcome at all
