I would like to say what an absolutely fabulous hairdresser Claire is. I always get anxious about going to a new salon but I need not have worried. She has made my hair look great. I absolutely love it and will be going back again. Ao if you're looking for a new hairdresser, make an appointment with Claire and you won't be disappointed. In fact everyone at the salon was really lovely.

Going to Quintessential is my weekly treat to myself.
My stylist, Marie is wonderful and always makes me feel years younger after my visit.
The ambience and friendliness are perfect.

Always come back to Helen for a hair cut! Never disappointed, she’s the only person I’ll let cut my hair!

After recommended by a colleague I decided to give this little hair salon a go, glad I did! They were welcoming the minute I set foot through the door. Drinks were offered throughput my visit, the stylists actually listened to what I wanted. Loved the head massage.. well with the money and plan to visit again. Thank you ladies

Had half hour only left on meter so asked for a quick trim. Cheekily without appointment was in and out within half an hour. So quick & brilliant cut into the bargain.

Lovely atmosphere, made my hair look amazing and shiny .

Had a wonderful relaxing experience this afternoon with Becky . Firstly I had a leg wax and Becky is brilliant . Then had a wonderful relaxing facial then the ultimate relaxation, in my opinion, an Indian head massage . I was transported to another world ! I've never ever had such a relaxing massage and can highly recommend it . Becky makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed and she's absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much for my relaxing afternoon . Can highly recommend as it's not a large intimidating salon but a small friendly one with expert staff whether your having your hair done or beauty treatments with Becky . I had an Indian head massage with Becky, for the first time ever, and it was one of the most relaxing things I have experienced. Outstanding-thanks Becky. Cammy displayed her usual magic with her scissors. Great haircut as always. Thanks Cammy.

Becky outstanding as always. My hair had got really long and after a chat, Cammy came up with a different but subtle change from my usual cut. I am very pleased with the result.
