The heater was off until I asked for it to be turned on. It’s taken 31/2 hrs to warm up at home. My colour didn’t take because I was so cold until the lamp was put on. Please ensure I can be seen upstairs where there is an efficient heater. Many thanks

She engaged with my ideas and the photos I had brought with me, to create a style that looks great and fits my lifestyle. I also appreciated all the tips for styling and hair health that she shared. Excellent relaxing experience as always . Helen saved the day by going home to get her gel nail setting machine (sorry don't know the proper name) as the one at the salon packed up just as I was having my nails done . No ones fault as these things happen but was dealt with professionally and efficiently. Brilliant leg wax and an absolutely wonderful Indian head massage followed by a wash and blow dry all ready for my holidays now!
