I wanted a change to both my colour and cut and was a little nervous of trying somewhere new to me. Natalie coloured and cut my hair and she did a fantastic job. Helen obviously has a lot of experience and natural talent with hair and was supporting Natalie throughout the process. It was clear from the customers who came in, that there are many loyal customers, with good reason.

"The Q" is an oasis in the 21st century desert of mechanisation, computer algorithms, and robots! The experience I had with Becky today was exquisite, and, as always emotive and joyous. Absolutely chilled out afterwards. The icing on the cake was a relaxing shampoo and blow dry with Amber. Very many thanks ladies.

All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Helen was a confident experienced stylist and gave good advice.

Everything was first class. Manicure, pedicure and eyebrows done by Beckie who’s lovely.

I booked an appointment for my mother in law who doesn’t live round here and is super fussy with her hair! She’s pretty poorly and came out looking and feeling so much better.
She said Claire had cut and styled her hair better than her own hairdresser of 10 years!

Natalie took my hair from years of box dyed permanent ginger to a bright boarding on platinum blonde. She was amazing, friendly and just what I needed as someone who’s nervous with their hair. A credit to the salon.

I had an appointment with Claire today, I was nervous as I hadn't been to the salon before, Claire was brilliant she was very professional but at the same time friendly and put me right at ease.
I have really straight hair which is a challenge in itself but I was so pleased with the end result so much so I have booked another appointment with Claire.

Massage, including an Indian head massage with Becky which was an incredibly relaxing experience. I then joined the more than capable Natalie, for a shampoo and rough dry which was remarkable. The whole experience was one of total relaxation and was a great way to spend the morning. Thanks ladies.

Becky was great and it is nice to know you can work together with your therapist. Also, l am always worried about having my eye lashes dyed but l knew l could trust her because she took so much time over my hair a d listened to my concerns. l will be back!
