Have waist length hair in my 70's. Not particularly pretty if it's grey. Found the staff very helpful with finding the right product. Very caring and understanding with my little foibles. They were even able to produce my favourite "green tea". Will certainly come again!

What a lovely welcome to the salon. Coat taken, coffee offered, advised when my stylist would be ready. A super friendly professional team. One of the best I have experienced since my move from Berkshire. Ria cut and blow dryed my hair exactly as I had requested. No push to purchase products used. Although I did by a volume spray. Absolutely delighted even booked a facial for early next month. Well done ladies first class service.

A lovely relaxed experience today having my hair cut, dried and straightened by Charlotte. I have long curly (messy) hair which as if by magic was transformed into smooth sleek flowing locks!

I've been having my hair cut & blow dried by Helen now for a couple of years & have always come away feeling very satisfied. I get lots of compliments & friends asking where I go. One of my best friends now goes to Helen & is also very pleased after trying several salons in town. Becky is also great at shaping eyebrows & doing nails. All staff very friendly. Would recommend this salon to everyone. First class.

Wash was uncomfortable, wasnt given neck rest and had to ask temp of water to be turned down. Even though shown pic and had discussion about what we were doing, hair cut was not what i asked for and when i asked her to change it she was quite abrupt and didnt finish the style nicely. One side is slightly longer than the other. Was straightened instead of blow dried so looks flat rather than styled. stylist didnt speak much, when i tried to start a conversation i didn't get much response, making me feel like an inconvenience. I wouldnt recommend to friends im afraid. Having my hair done is a big treat for me as i cant afford it often and it did not feel like a treat.

I always book an appointment for a cut and it doesn't matter what state my hair is in, I'm always happy about the result. Hairdressers are very good at listening what you want done and meet your expectations.

Had becky cut my hair today at ludlow and the most mind blowing head massage. Amazing service thank you ladies xx

The service and quality of treatments offered by Becky are second to none. A very enjoyable experience with no negatives. She also made my 8 year old daughter feel like a princess. I would highly recommend Quintessential.
